I was very disappointed with the shipping time. According to the website, orders are shipped in 1-2 days. My order shipped about a week and a half later. i had urgently needed the items for a project, and was not notified of any delay.

I paid in advance for a Brady brand item, I also paid an additional amount so that it can be sent by courier urgently. First they did not send the correct quantity of items, then they sent the order to an incorrect address and now they do not respond to emails and I don't know where my order is, it has already been paid for more than a month now. The hazmat fee was $51! The item was only $89, but by the time you add the fee plus another $18 for shipping, we were up to $158. We will be trying to source this product elsewhere.

Tracking infomation need to be faster and pulling of items to be shipped out.
You carry the item i was looking for with at a good price. It did take a little bit of time for the company to send tracking info. You could work on keeping people more informed on what is going on with the items that they order along with faster shipping info.
