Paid for product and not received correct item. So asked for refund and they've not sent a penny back.
My girlfriend bought aftershave gift set for me and they sent out a £12 cheaper set. So obviously was never going to except that so returned item at an extra £4.65 packaging cost and have never received a penny from them after numerous points of contact. Was told today they would be InTouch and still no ones bothered to make contact. So if they send cheaper product and don't even offer to give back the difference then you return item and they don't even send a penny back and explain what is happening then that to me is theft. I've paid for something and not received it. Or my money back. Shocking. Won't be letting this drop . I want my money back.

The trousers I bought are very comfortable,love the colour dark green. Trousers very high waisted & were too long but I have taken them up.
Would buy again.

The dress was lovely but the zipper was…
The dress was lovely but the zipper was not working well, I had to get it replaced which was inconvenient.
It also takes longer than the 2 weeks average to come. More like 3-4 weeks.

I was looking for a particular aftershave that you can only purchase in Spain. After doing some research I found it on QHCB website. Ordered last Sunday and has arrived today. Great price and good communication. Will definitely use their website again.

This is beautiful and very sexy ..my only problem is my boobs are alittle to large,, the sizes are S, M,, L and I chose large..
It nearly fits around my waist but boots hang over the top....I'm still keeping it because it's soo pretty,, just need to lose some weight of my knockers 😅

The communication was bad
The communication was bad, it took a long time to arrive. It has finally got here after id say a month after ordering and it just wasnt great.
