Qetello Anmeldelser

Do not buy from this company if you are at all unsure the glasses will fit your head. My, just barely 18 yo, son paid $92 for a pair of glasses that ended up looking like they are fit for a small child’s head. The return policy only allowed 14 days and asked you to email them for information to return. 8 days after our initial, and many subsequent, inquiries they finally responded by telling us to mail them back to SWEDEN with a tracking number. The cost to mail them back from the US is over $65! We will not be paying that to return them and run the risk of them denying the refund. If we could dispute the charge as fraud, we would.

Don’t buy here. We never received the package nor a link to track and trace.
They don’t respond to any e-Mail message we have sent.

Amazing service and amazing quality! I had a little inconvenience with my package getting lost not once, but twice. However, their response was immediate and impressive. Despite the cost of shipping three times, they ensured I received my sunglasses. Not only did they send the pair I paid for, but they also included a free pair as an apology. Their honesty and genuine care for the customer truly stand out. Highly recommend them! 🔝

Never got the order wrote many time got scammed 120 dollars

Really recommend Qetello. Their quality is the best I have owned. I now have 4 pairs from Qetello 😅

I had never received my order. I tried to contact the company many times for a refund, but I was never answered. This is robbery!!

The best sunglasses that I have used so far! Incredible satisfied with the fitting and how good looking the lenses are. Highly recommend!

Really satisfied with my glasses, got them for me and my friend with the 2x1 deal

Never received my package. Shipment status unchanged. Wasted over 100 bucks.

Sonen blev oerhört nöjd med sina solglasögon.

Var lite skeptiskt först med reviewsen här men sonen ville så gärna ha produkten. Fick solglasögonen två dagar efter jag la beställningen.

I still have not received the order. I ordered in December and sent you two mails about it, but still haven’t gotten any answer or gotten the order.

Just scam. In general scam

I still don’t have my glasses for the second time , so sad I really wanted to try them

Typing something because I have to

The quality of this brand is unreal. In the actual market there is nothing better for this price. I graduated, i’ve been using it every single day in the last 2 months, with the helmet of the motorbike…and i didn’t have any problems. I really recommend it!!

Very dissatisfied! Worst service I have ever seen. Impossible to get in touch with them. Ordered seven pairs of glasses to choose from. Only six arrived in total and two of them even arrived twice. One pair of glasses was damaged. NEVER again.

Best quality
