Richard was in constant email contact with me from the minute I had my first correspondence with the company. They followed me through a step by step process of what would happen with my ECM that needed programming, every step was conveyed to me through either email and text messages through the repair process and they followed through with everything that they said, my ECM was back within a week from them, I was amazed with the service this company offers. I was getting the P2757 even though my car shifted flawlessly, the check engine light was on. I switched out a solenoid for several hundred dollars, with no luck.

I sent to Richard on a Friday and received my ECU back on the following Monday - so really just 1 week and it's back and it's perfect - no more check engine and I've gone several hundred miles.

Extremely fast turnaround and the ECM was fully fixed. I would use this service again without question, Great work!!!

The communications, descriptions, and tech. advice given are accurate. It's so nice when you are on the receiving end of products and service that are As Described on a companies website! 8 day turnaround from southern Arizona and worked as soon as I re-installed the ECM. Yes, I did have to drive it for 20-30 minutes to get the idle normalized and the dashboard lights to go out. But it happened just as Richard described they would.

Excellent website that describes the issues with the ECM and the repair process . I am in California and sent the ECM by USPS on Feb 27, Mar 4 I got a email saying It was repaired and on its way back, I received it on the 8th - that's a total of 10 days gone including the repair! fantastic. Best part is I reinstalled it and the transmission shifted perfectly immediately, as expected the engine ran roughly at first while it was relearning but eventually smoothed out. The next day I took it on a 300 mile round trip and everything worked as it should, very happy with the work and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The service is wonderful no problems very quick return some might think kind of sketchy to send something to Puerto Rico but this company is very honest and like I said the turnaround was like one day they got it and they fixed it and send it back awesome service

Great experience. Fast communication, clear answers. I got over my apprehensions and shipped it from Chile. Richard was super supportive and when it got back, he explained there would be a 20 minute learning curve and then everything clicked and worked.

My baby car rav4 2003 having a serious shifting issues, as well as stopping and speeding up. Went to local mechanics, they all told me that I have to fix my transmission, where I was quoted 4k$ to 7k$ to fix it. A local mechanic told me my 2005 Toyota RAV4 would need to have the transmission replaced and that would cost a couple thousand dollars. In my desperation I tried to find an alternative by myself. I found this site and noticed that a lot of the symptoms of a damaged ECU were the same as my car was having, so I sent the ECU for repair. It was fixed rather quickly and returned to me. I installed it and have since stopped having issues with my car and passed the state inspection. I'm so glad I found this repair service. Richard took the time to reply to my emails and was very detailed.

Richards's computer repair service was fast and worked when installed. Although it did not fix my RAV4's surging on acceleration, it did not induce more problems. As an electronic tech for 40 years, that is a huge plus when troubleshooting a problem. I had to resist the urge to open the box to see what was done but those pesky tamper seals :)
Over all I will use him again if the need arises. +++

Several local mechanics have checked this 2003 RAV 4 for poor shifting, misfiring and failure to start. Even the transmission shop could not find any issues. I was prepared for an expensive tranny rebuild.
Fortunately I found this website which identified the issue as a faulty ECU.
Shipped the Rav4 ECU to Richard for repair and voila! All good!
