Absolutely worst tv I’ve ever purchased, it’s 4 months out of warranty and won’t stream most platforms,no Netflix,Stan,kayo,binge comes up with can’t load media then an error code. Customer service will I’m still waiting for a reply. Would not recommend QBell smart tvs. It’s only been on for 400 hrs and no game consoles have been used. Very unsatisfied. Seems YouTube is the only thing that works. Also 9 now, 7 plus struggle most days.

What a scam !!! bought 3 doorbell tags and now none is working because the service is off. This means i lost my money and no service provided. SCAM !!!

If I could rate no starts I would.
Clearly I’ve been scammed like the rest of the people writing on here.
I ordered a dog tag on the 7/07/23 a week later no sign of it, I then emailed and got a response stating they’ll resend the delivery as I hadn’t received it. They stated on Monday they would send one out that day and yet again… nothing but radio silence 🤷🏽‍♀️
My advice would be to keep your money in your own back pocket, do not buy from these scammers.

I ordered from their site on 6/3/2023. Never received my item. The only way to reach them is via chat. I heard back from them once and they said it should be here anytime. That was a few weeks ago. Now I can't reach them at all.

Ordered on March 21st, now it is May the 5th and nothing arrived yet.
Now it is marked as "Departure to destination country" since April 28th. Note that it is from Germany to Italy. It should take not more than few days.
Terrible.

Again like the last customer said paid for start of November no sign of it yet the 19th December,what a waste of time and money,good idea but bad company selling it. Ridiculous

Ordered on 1st November 2022 and 6 weeks later, order still hasn't arrived. Endless back and forth with customer service who said they finally have despatched the item a couple of weeks ago (notably 4 weeks after order!) & only provided the tracking link after I had asked for it. Since then, no movement and status remains "Sender despatching item". Called Royal Mail, they said a label has been created for shipment, however, they are still awaiting to receive the item from the sender. Asked for a replacement with next day delivery, no response. Now trying to get my money back somehow... absolute rubbish.
