If you are a person of Ethnic background do not waste your time booking with this company. They waited until they received ID’s before telling us that there was a system error.
This has happened on so many occasions that it is definitely discriminatory.
Disgusting organisation and all the employees who work there should be ashamed and should take responsibility for being discriminatory.
Nearly Impossible to contact
It took more than two hours to know that I was not eligible for the self check-in process because I was less than 25 years old (Though I had made a full online payment already)! I arrived at the building only to find it requires a online check-in, in a link they sent few hours before the check in time (For my case, 17:00). The link contained a system error, and most of the calls said they were busy (Actually they had only one employee for all the calls in the UK) while there were no other contact methods besides emails, with which they also had a system error. They had no reception anywhere so it is nearly impossible to contact them. I tried to contact them via messenger but only received a reply indicating 'I am connected to the relation team now' in the following day.

I booked a reservation a few weeks ago via booking.com. i then recieved a confirmation email from booking.com followed by an email from Q apartments stating further action is required. It was an email asking me to pay the apartment. I had paid this via booking.com so i calles Q apartments who advised the action payment was for the deposit which was £500. Excessive i know but it was in a desirable location. When speaking to the agent on the phone i was told its best to pay the £500 now, i asked why when the reservation isnt due for another 3 weeks he said its just best too.
On the day of my reservation I hadnt received any communications on how to collect the keys or if it was a tap and pin system so i called Q apartments who said they usually check the ID and reservations on the day of check in. This call took place at 12.39 check in was 4. The lady on the phone said she would make me a priority then send me further correspondence. At 2pm i received an email stating my reservation had been cancelled so i called back and i was apparently speaking with the manager who was rude to me and had asked if i was finished speaking. He didn't offer to help in any way. I then called back and then spoke to a lady who started raising her voice to me and told me it's my own fault
i should of followed the check in procedure properly which i thought i did. Had they being compliant enough and checked the reservation before hand then we would of known to recheck the check in procedure.
Be aware, your booking may be cancelled 2 hours before check in by this unprofessional company. Not good if your are travelling from overseas
Scammers! Stay away from them!
This company is unable to follow basic business etiquette and is breaking all sorts of laws and Danish Rental Act.
Don't expect that they will fix any issues you have with your apartment, don't even expect they will reply to your email! They are also false advertising and will play you a fool.
They are only good at setting rules and charging for every bit of service (which is also against the law) but when it comes to them doing something don't expect anything!
If you love your life keep away from them!
Bad experience in general
Bad experience in general. Apartment not suitable for the rental price, doors not available or not closing (not even the bathroom door), no heating available in the bathroom and kitchen, bad internet connection usually less than 1Mbps and no reaction from Qapartment in order to improve the situation. On top of that, they have been coming in into the apartment several times without notice or agreement. I have informed at least 4 times per phone and in written (both all the times) this is not the way, still found someone was there again without notice.

The apartment itself was fine enough for the price point; but dealing with Q Apartments was difficult and upsetting throughout. (The one exception was the man who answered the phone before 8 am one morning — I would not have needed to make the call if the other employees had been competent.)

This company is all about money. They don't care at all about people! They don't live up to the rules that they are suppose to.
I live in a building that has been taken over by Q-apartments. Ever since that day, the place has been in a terrible state. Rubbish lying around everywhere for weeks outside and inside which has resulted in rats, the same with broken glass. the grass doesn't get cut, stairs don't get washed for weeks, change of janitor, who you never see anyway. It is just a mess and I could go on and on. Something's not right with this company. Don't use this company!

First they overcharge you in rental fees, then they top off by claiming exorbitant cleaning and service fees. Go elsewhere to find someplace to stay medium or long term. Anywhere is better than this company with a ludicrous pricing policy.
