The item is cheap material and the instructions hard to read, I don't recommend it to anyone.

I have rated low due to the very poor communication,inwhich I had to email the Company to enquire over the delay.I ordered the product the beginning of December and recieved it on the 10th January.I personally would not use this Company again.

There was a glitch w affirm so my order didnt go through and I had to contact their support. They responded right away and my Python came within a few days! Im super pleased with their response!

Still trying to get it to focus after trying several times. I have a small basic pair of binoculars that work better.

This thing is POWERFUL. Excellent design, easy to use, get crazy high level of detail looking into mountains and trees, bird watching, etc.. Young kids can use it easily as well. Fantastic!

So it was so cheaply made the tripod connection just fell out. Also it didn’t seem to work with iPhone that has 3 lenses

Everything was absolutely wonderful, sent in a timely manner, and made of good quality. My only complaint and it is a small one…. I ordered three for gifts and there was only one instruction booklet.
I did go on my computer and make two more, but felt instruction booklet, should’ve come with each one.

It will not focus. Either by my eye nor by my phone. Not real happy with it.

I was getting worried because I hadn't received it or heard from you guys, then I get the rate email assuming me that even though I received the email I may still have not received it but I was on the way, I stopped panicking, finally got it, your communication with me made the difference, thank you 😊😎

Avoid this company. I ordered the optic for my phone and got a pop up saying I qualified for a 10 percent discount. When I clicked on it they charged me for 2 of the devices. I have contacted my bank to put a Stop Payment on the entire transaction

Very disappointed! I cannot get this to focus it does not zoom like the advertisement shows, it does not seat properly on my iPhone to use it the way you advertised. I am just very very very disappointed. I would like a refund.

when ordering my Python Optic I was under the impression that it was a camera. Instead I find it is a binocular to be attached to a cell phone.

I would like to return my Phython Optic. Please tell me how. I ordered 2 of them by mistake.

Finally received my python hd this morning, haven't had the time to fully check it out, but did look through everything and took a look at the bluffs behind me. It was a little hazy out this morning so getting things in focus wasn't that great, but I could see that the view is brought in a lot closer and hopefully I will get to see critters out there.

Good product, easy to use and can see at a distance

I’m still waiting for it, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, I’ve emailed the company and nobody has responded, I joined the tracking app and I get the same text saying USPS is awaiting item. I’m gonna give it a few more days , I purchased on Sept 24th, so I’m gonna give it until the 7th that’s 10 business days then report it as fraud if I haven’t got it by then. Not happy with the way this is going.

I never received the merchandise. I filed a claim and I'm getting my money back. This is the last time I order anything where it is being shipped to me from China. Your rep "Simon" asked me to call my post office to ask where the package is. I called and they had no knowledge of the tracking number. You shpould have called, NOT ME ! The burden of proof that I received my package is on YOU, NOT ME !!!!! Total Bullcrap !!!!
