Can’t believe that people are still paying this company! I did get a refund but after several abusive messages from them!

I ordered a premium subscription on the 27/11/19
I didn’t receive any items so I attempted to contact them on the 27/12/19 when a second payment left my account. I was ignored for 3 weeks when I received a response saying my orders were on the way. Once again I waited, received nothing, contact attempt made, I was ignored again. They’ve ignored every attempt to cancel and have continued to charge me ever since.
Barclays have thankfully cancelled any future payments and are processing a funds recall so I will hopefully get my money back.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Getting charged every month even though they’ve told me on multiple occasions it’s been cancelled, I’ve never received a single product. Do not buy from them. Having to get a solicitor involved.

Absolute scam avoid at all costs! I luckily only did a one off purchase as I wanted to make sure it was ok before starting a subscription and I am so glad I didn’t choose a subscription. I’ve been waiting since the beginning of November for the pack that was “sent out and should be there soon” in the words of the company. When I first contacted them they said a family member was taken ill so they weren’t able to fulfil orders as quickly as they wanted too. I was then told on 24/12/19 they would be issuing my refund straight away, yet surprise surprise I’ve had no such thing. I’ve messaged them twice now since and I’ve no reply and they haven’t even read the message. I know this as you can only message them via Facebook messenger. All reviews on the website are clearly fake as not 1 person in the comments have said they’ve received anything. If you were thinking of ordering from here save your money and find another pyjama subscription.

Scam! They take money from me every month, never received a single item and I have been ignored.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came across pyjama pack and thought great what a nice treat every month! How wrong was I. They have no customer service skills at all,and that's when you FINALLY get intouch with someone and you get one reply and have to wait forever for another. They must just think "they'll forget about it" they take your hard earned money and give nothing in return. I'm still waiting for refunds as I have never received anything but they're STILL trying to take money from my account when they'd supposedly stopped subscription.

Been waiting since November for my parcel. Had no reply to my messages and no refund. Terrible company.

I have placed an order THREE MONTHS AGO! I received emails assuring that I will be getting my order in a week, around TWO MONTHS AGO!!

This is a massive scam please don’t waste your money on it. They’ve taken 3 payments of £17 now and I’ve still not received a thing. First them were full of false promises that ‘it’ll arrive soon’ then they said they’d refund which they never did and now they just outright ignore any messages I send.

Signed up to this package in November. Have yet to receive any of the agreed items in the subscription. I have had one email with an apology for the first order, and a promise for a refund and double order- which has yet to arrive and it is now January. It’s clearly a scam, and be warned. I have now contacted my bank, and a fraud investigation is underway.

Scammers - do not order from these people. They have taken 3 payments of £26 from me and now I have had to cancel my card and contact the fraud team at the bank to get money back.

was promised a refund and cancellation confirmation on 24/12 and still haven’t recieved anything from them when they’ve taken 2 payments and provided no products. avoid, they’re scammers who just ignore you for weeks😴

Was promised a refund on 24/12 for TWO packs I still haven’t received which was obviously 2 months ago, if you’re thinking of ordering from these, DONT BOTHER as I’m £30 down now!!

Absolute disgrace to take people’s money then promising that the products will be with them, well it’s nearly 2020 I know I won’t be receiving anything from them, have since had a reply that I would get my refund within 24hrs.... never guess what I’m still waiting on that too along with everyone else.... I really don’t know how people can stoop so low to do things like this......

Ordered my first pack on 14/11/2019 and messaged them after a week to ask how long delivery takes. Took them a while to reply and they said that they'd have a shock in the family so there was a delay (which is understandable). On 14/12/2019 I emailed again to let them know I'd still not received anything and that they'd taken further funds out of my account. They've only got back to me today to say sorry for the delay with no explanation as to why they haven't posted anything!!

Avoid at all costs...scam artists!! Thankfully got the money refunded by the bank and have managed to cancel the continuous payment authority.

Waited a month and didn't received my order. Their customer service was so rude and eventually stopped replying to my messages. Eventually got a refund. They removed their review page from Facebook...

Joined 25th nov, haven't recieved any parcels, can't login online, tried numerous times password reset no reset emails recieved. Tried sending message on facebook, they haven't seen it nevermind responded to it. Tried emailing, nothing. Will be contacting my bank and reporting them. Total scam

Paid 2 months already and nothing received not even sent the first. Contacted them but obviously was pointless. Reply came days later and still waiting. So basically you are paying for nothing.
