We sold through Pygott & Crone Spalding we had a brilliant service from start to finish, I would defiantly recommend using them. Worth every penny!

Horrendous valuation service
I recently had a property valuation carried out by this company for mortgage purposes - it came back £000's below two other agents! Frustratingly, the lender would only work from this companies survey and thanks to this, my mortgage application has now been refused. In the past I've alway found agents are within 5% of each other when carrying out a valuation; don't know what on earth was going on with Pygott & Crone's valuer, but their incorrect valuation has sabotaged my application and cost me time, money and stress.

We bought off P&C....fantastic service
Having bought our house thru P&C in Grantham, they were fantastically attentive. Well done to Beth and Craig for a smooth, attentive, informative, supportive sale which wasn't easy at times. They kept us informed of all movements within the chain, chased all parties regardless of time, effort or who was supposed to be doing their bit. High Five to a great team!

Poor service
Pygott Crone made an unsolicited, malicious call to my buyers, causing both parties unnecessary stress and added expense. It would appear they don't like the competition from on-line agents like PurpleBricks.
I would never again use a high street agent, they are expensive and unnecessary and clearly unprofessional.
