Brilliant experience!
We hadn't a clue about solar power, but knew we need to educate ourselves. From first meeting with John at our home we had a positive experience with PVGeneration.
We met with some other companies, but chose PVGen above the rest. We were right.
The installation was on time, sound technicians and they took any rubbish away.
The helpdesk were brilliant and advised us on getting set up with a fixed tarriff with our electricity supplier. Within a short time we were looking at the credit building up on the easy to use app.
its only been a couple of weeks, and the weather has been terrible this February but on the few occasions that it has been sunny we've seen the jump in power. Looking forward to the spring and the summer!

Delighted with the installation. Top class communication all along the process. Pre-installation survey, roofers and electricians were top class. Nice guys who went through everything with the minimum of fuss and their workmanship is top class.

Brilliant Professional Service
From the moment we ordered our solar panels to when they were completed, we received the best of advice and guidance, in a friendly and professional manner.
The electrical and roofing teams were brilliant, very clean, tidy and respectful. They arrived on time, clarified any queries, explained the system and the work they were doing. Very chatty and friendly. Completed their work very timely and efficiently, leaving the place spotless.

The GR8 team arrived on time
The team arrived on time. After a couple of phone calls to clarify what we were getting they installed all the cables and boxes. It is a pity they the box inside the house did not fit where our fuse boar is but all the other pieces are outside and 100%. Solar panels are very neat and cannot be seen 100%. The team installed the app on my phone and it worked first time. We are getting power from the system even on a dull cloudy day. 0.33 Kw to 0.5Kw now .06Kw from the grid and 0.33 Kw from pv. Not bad considering it is extremely dull and raining. Once the sun came out we got all our power and more from pv. Ok it may not save the world but may help.

We had a connection issue and rang pv gen and Emily dealt with us.
Explained the issue , she said she would look into it at her side and ring back.
Emily rang back 20 minutes later and patiently and professionally talked us through how to get our WiFi reconnected.
That's what real Customer Service is about , 17 months after the system was installed. Top class after sales service , top marks Emily.

From our initial contact and meeting with Stephen Healy, to our installation and follow up contact with Customer Service, we found PV Generation great to deal with. The installation was done on time and the team were always contactable by phone or email. I would highly recommend PV Gen to other customers.

From the first contact made with PV Generation it was obvious that I was dealing with a very professional company. When John called to my home he talked me through all the options that were suitable for me and explained everything very well. The installation process was also very professional, they arrived on time and completed the installation in good time with very little disruption to the household. One of the men doing the installation was very patient and helpful downloading the app and explaining it all to me. Overall it was a brilliant experience from start to finish. From start to finish I was very happy
From start to finish I was very happy. I would look no further than PVGen. I installed a 5KW system in my own house and a larger system with battery in my business. We installed the systems in April 2024 and no issues since. ESB bills have substantially decreased and are inline for the predicted payback period. I recently referred my mother in law for her system, which she is very happy with also. We got 3 quotes for our solar system. One other was slightly cheaper, but after some more research we found the other company to be unreliable with poor reviews. We hope to expand the system in our business in the next few years - which we will ask PVGen to do.

From start to finish everybody was…
From start to finish everybody was great to deal with. None of the hassle of the grant applications which is fantastic. To the day of install where they were all nice lads and installed in a day, panels on the roof went on super quick and the electricians done a lovely clean tidy job. Cleaned up after themselves and left everything as it was before they arrived.

When I first met Steven.He explained everything out to me how the solar panals worked and gave me a price and explained the process for getting the grant very well.The crew came on the 14th of January and did the whole lot in one day .I found them very professional and did an excellent job .I would highly recommend PV Generation.

Really bad untrustworthy company.
Really bad untrustworthy company.
After you make your initial enquiry you are constantly bombarded with spam emails and calls .
I received a call from their sales team and arranged a site survey so they could give me the system suited to my needs and cost
They called me the day before to confirm the appointment with me and I took the time off work
They didn't arrive so 20 minutes after the time I called their office and the girl on the phone asked if she could ring me back to find out what the problem was .
She didn't call back and after an hour I called again and all my calls went straight to voicemail.so I called on my wife's phone and got straight through.
They were obviously screening my calls.the guy who answered it got flustered when he realized this and went off to speak to someone.
The call screening is obviously a regular thing with them.
Eventually a manager got on with all apologies I told her to forget it that I won't be doing business with them
This is a totally unreliable dishonest company even their calls comes up as spam do your self a favor and stay away
