Awful should tell you, you need photo ID before booking and should offer refunds for appointments that are cancelled straight after booking. Lost £45 for nothing. Surely cost should be paid after seei... Vis mer
Initially got the mobile app this morning and linked it to NHS app. Managed to secure an appointment for 6.30pm. Actually sorted some tests with my GP Surgery. Could not access the app again at all to... Vis mer

A quick an easy way to see a professional Doctor via video. I would use this in future when a face visit isn’t necessarily required. This suited me as I don’t work near my GP surgery, so it’s not always easy to get an appointment. This was quick and easy to use. Thank you.

The concept is great but the process is broken
The Service is great. The doctors are fantastic. It’s the process that sucks! Once you have seen a doctor and they prescribe medication, they can’t just email you the prescription or send it to a nearby pharmacy .... they send it to your regular doctor’s surgery and from there it disappears into a dark hike and you have to spend days waiting to hear from them or chasing them to release the prescription. So you ask why bother??! Just go see your regular doctor! You get the medication faster.

Great result
This is not a perfect system as I needed a dr to actually look at my problem (poss rotator cuff tear) but my own surgery offered me nothing! The dr I spoke to took my issue seriously and ordered an mri immediately. On this occasion I was thankful for a listening dr.

Push Doctor experience
After a wait of an hour I had a good chat with Doctor which led to further tests at the local surgery. However, his notes to the surgery did not include all of the tests he said needed to be done! If it's not recorded its not hapoening. So now I need a further appointment fou outstanding items.

Excellent service
This was the first time I used push Doctor and I was extremely satisfied with the service I was given.
The GP was very experienced and explained everything clearly. I would not hesitate to use this service again.
