Awful should tell you, you need photo ID before booking and should offer refunds for appointments that are cancelled straight after booking. Lost £45 for nothing. Surely cost should be paid after seei... Vis mer
Initially got the mobile app this morning and linked it to NHS app. Managed to secure an appointment for 6.30pm. Actually sorted some tests with my GP Surgery. Could not access the app again at all to... Vis mer

Easy to set up, lots of appointments available when you need them, Dr was friendly, knowlegable, and gave good advice.
Great Service. It was easy to book an appointment - much easier than with my GP. The Doctor I had my appointment with was on time, thorough and the treatment she prescribed worked. I would definitely use Push Doctor again.
Booked an appointment and they don’t offer treatment for my condition, even though it comes under the categories they offer.
Requested a refund and then got an email telling me I’m abusing their system with requesting treatment for my condition and they won’t refund me. Avoid if it’s not a standard cold/flu issue.
They can’t prescribe anything that’s ‘off-licence’ this is not made clear.
I feel like they’ve robbed me of £45! I couldn’t see a doctor as it’s a bank holiday weekend so I had to resort to push doctor to get a prescription for tonsillitis which I get regularly. I paid £45 upfront, waited for the appointment the next morning to be told by the doctor “yes you need antibiotics but I can’t prescribe it on a Sunday or tomorrow as it’s bank holiday, go to the NHS”. And that’s it, hung up. I honestly can’t believe it, no where on their app does if state they can’t prescribe on a Sunday, if this was obvious I definitely wouldn’t have bothered. I’m so upset, money is tight as it is right now and I feel like I’ve been completely robbed.
Absolutely awful. they take your money and then tell you they have no appointments for days. I am going to complain to the QCC.

Paid £45 expecting same day appointment. Next availability in five days time. I was in significant pain and couldn’t wait that long so had to go elsewhere (Doctap had availability in 90 minutes). App should make availability clear before charging.

After Push Doctors reply: I tried to do this with your 'team', I even re-telephoned your team to state how poor your customer service team were. Plus, why am I going to waste my time ? Makes no sense what so ever.

Push doctor doesn’t operate as a normal GP would. It cannot prescribe anything that is “off licence” despite NHS guidelines. This is not made clear.
I struggle to get to see a doctor in person with my anxiety and depression so I've used this platform twice now to request a sick note. I've been told in meantime to get in touch with my local surgery to actually devise a plan for blood tests and treatment etc. It is £45 which is expensive for someone like me with little money, I am basically paying for a sick note, but it's less stress on me as I can now prove I am not fit for work straight away, so I think its a price worth paying at the moment, as I can get on with recovery and not waiting days and weeks to see a doctor to get a sick note. And they email the sick note so I don't have to go physically into the local surgery to get it, which I also find very difficult at the moment as I feel dizzy and overwhelmed in enclosed spaces. I am glad this platform exists and while I don't like the cost, I am just glad to have something less to worry about.
Useless, spoke to 2 different people, first couldn't do an online consultation because I was in Germany, the second time they sent me a text saying my appointment was at 6:10, dragging me away from a meal Id just ordered in a restaurant when I had a screenshot showing otherwise then after an hour of waiting, a "doctor" told me they couldn't help.
I used this service 5 years ago and it was great, I cant believe they have now reduced it to this.
I have requested a refund which they are considering?
Completely wasted my time, money, and NHS funds.
Person I saw was friendly enough, but when I got (and paid for) my prescriptions it turned out she hadn't really listened to me at all, as what she'd given me was exactly what I'd told her I'd used for almost a year and hadn't worked.
Tried to get in touch to query this, and made a complaint, but received no helpful responses. No way to get back in touch with the person to find out why they did it, and seemingly they hadn't mentioned what I'd said about this product on my notes. How convenient.
I'm sure things go OK sometimes; but PushDr really need better procedures for patients to be able to follow up with queries about advice/treatment.
Bad service. Had an appointment to request a blood test on Saturday. Was told beforehand that the results would be emailed to me "as soon as we get them". Results have now been received and they won't release them to me. Completely pointless service, most likely would have been quicker going to my GP. Now I'm expected to spend all Easter worried about my results. HAVE REPORTED TO CQC
What a waste of £45...I needed to speak to a doctor about pain relief as I was in serious pain with my back...over the counter pain relief wasn't working, only to be told I needed to see a doctor. The point of paying to speak to a doctor was...so I didn't have time off work.
I can't believe GP's are still using the excuse of Covid, a disease about as deadly as normal seasonal flu, to refuse to see patients. They are AWFUL people, they should be ashamed of themselves. Now they want us to use this terrible app, which i can't get working. 2 hours on the chat going around in circles with their so called support who had no idea, then just cut me off at 8pm because that's when they go home. The NHS are just leaving people to rot, under the pretence that it is too dangerous to see me face to face. Total BAD PEOPLE I hope they all get what they deserve.
Within an hour, late on Friday after traditional doctors have long since closed, I managed to get an appointment and collect a prescription within an hour. All without leaving my home.
Sure it costs money. But getting the antibiotics I needed without suffering in pain over the weekend and then having to try and get a doctors appointment on Monday, it’s worth every penny.

5* from me....5 days ago I had a tickle in my throat that quickly developed into a really sore throat over the coming days with fevers and headaches. Woke up this morning (Saturday and testing negative for covid already) absolutely drenched in sweat, throat on fire, barely able to swallow and aching all over....I needed something more than paracetamol and strepsols.
I logged in at 7:40am had an appointment booked and talking (well croaking) to the nicest Dr ever at 8:10 who was extremely welcoming, reassuring and professional. Shared some photos of my throat and diagnosed me, sent a prescription to the pharmacy 50m from my House. Went there at 9am, showed them my text message and collected my pills.
I personally had an amazing experience and more than happy that for £45 I got to talk to a good friendly Dr in my house and walk 2 mins to get my prescription.
I will absolutely be using this service again and think the cost is more than fair for the convenience. Using this service a few times a year for me I think is worth it.

Poor. Had appointment previously wont let me book another, half an hour messing about trying to login. Now says I have to phone my surgery - more chance of hell freezing over than getting through to them......

I had never heard of Push Doctor before yesterday, I was referred by my GP. Yesterday there was a systems fault and I was unable to make an appointment but my GP sent another link today and in the space of just over two hours I was able to make and complete an appointment successfully. The doctor was lovely and very helpful. I can now collect a prescription from my own chemists and hopefully start to feel better soon.
