Easy to buy online and it arrived well packed and in good time. I bought a mixed pack for my partner's birthday - the company kept me informed about expected delivery and it was sent in a sturdy brown box which didn't give away the contents (other than it containing liquid). Would buy from them again.

Fast and accurate delivery of ordered goods

Ordered two mini kegs as part of our Christmas drinks purchases. One of Glaslyn and another of X-Moose.

Having visited the area and the pubs supplying Purple Moose over the years we expected great things and were happy to pay the premium over our normal mini keg choices, Woodfordes, Adnams and Grainstore.

The Glaslyn was the first to be served and came out very actively and cloudy. Reaching out to Purple Moose I was informed that our handling was the problem. It never really cleared and an had that sour taste.

The X-Moose opened perfectly but after a couple of days became very cloudy and undrinkable.

Such a waste and disappointment considering our previous experiences, (Never ever a problem with the bottled beers we always brought back from holidays). It's great that Purple Moose gets it right for the vast majority of it's customers. For us, it wasn't an experience we will be returning to. Our Woodfordes beers were perfect until the very last drop!
