I have attempted several times to contact you to return the item and cannot get a reply. Customer service is terrible.

I asked by email ( support dept) to return the device. It is not any good for me because of my spinal condition, my back does not like me using it so I have not been able to try it full to see how good it would be for me. I have asked for full refund and was told to post it to China or have 30% and keep it. I then contacted info@ and have had an apology for the wrong information, and a full refund which I have received. Thank you

I started using the Pelvitone about 6 months ago.
I've been for expensive treatment in the city I live and this was helpful, with good education. However, Pelvitone is great because I can use it in my home everyday, several times a day if needed.
I've seen a 90% improvement in bladder leaks.
I do not wear pads very often, however I live in a winter city and it's cold at least 4 - 6 months of the year.
I still need to monitor how much I use the bathroom because I drink a lot of water to help my kidneys.
Purivon has been very supportive, when i forgot the equipment came with a cord, as a general practice I charge it once a week.
This piece of equipment which I call the saddle has been a game changer.
I am surprised more women my age have never heard about it, (68). However, I'm not a sales person unless someone asks. Then of course I'm willing to share my experience.

I’m leaving 5 stars as I’ve been asked to amend my 1 star review for a full replacement of the faulty Purivon device I received. However I do not want a replacement. Thankyou

Worked and charged the first six months and now needs charging daily after one use.
After this comment I have a new Purivon coming

Absolute rubbish. I purchased this through Purivon, not Amazon or any other of the advertising companies. I charged the thing and turned it on. Nothing. No vibration. The remote was faulty. I’m pretty sure I’ve been given one of the dodgy machines that other reviewers have complained about. I just threw it in the bin where it belongs.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I had my device for less than 4 months and then the heating aspect stopped working. I contacted them and complied with every instruction ( including the ridiculous one of sending a video), confirming my address 3 times etc. The promised replacement never came and all I got was the run around!

I believed I had ordered the Purvion PeviTone Pro 2.0 but when I queried this I have been advised that for some reason I didn't checkout for the model I was purchasing, I was sent the standard PelvTone model instead.
I have asked for a refund as they claim they will give you 100% refund within 90 days of purchase and you only pay if you are 100% in love with the product. They claim that this is a risk free offer.
To obtain a full refund they state that the product needs to be returned to China and all shipping costs bourne by the customer. They also say that they recommend it being sent tracked. The costs to send to China are very expensive and off-putting.
Be very wary when purchasing from this company.

I purchased the original PelviToneTM
last May 2025 and was using it consistently since then, usually 3 times a day.
I experienced good results and have found that it has strengthened my pelvic floor, improved bladder control and am feeling more confident about being able to go out more without embarrassing bladder leaks or looking for a bathroom as soon as I enter a store or go on walks, etc.
Recently when I tried to use the Purivon device it started up but didn’t engage the contractions and the airbag cushion didn’t engage and then it just shut down all together.
I had charged the device overnight before using in the morning so I knew it was fully charged and had just changed the batteries.
I tried it a few times since then, but got the same result - it did the initial start-up and then powered down.
I emailed Purivon and within a day received a return email that they would replace the faulty device.
I received the device within days and am happy to be using it again, as it was almost 2 weeks before I got the courage to contact them about it not working properly.
My body went back to bladder leaks and having to rush to the bathroom and waking in the night again during that time.
I’m so happy I contacted Purivon and told them of my situation and they heard my concerns and sent me a replacement.
I already feel more confident after only 3 days of use again.

Pelvitone device heating element broke after less than 6 months. I contacted Customer service who didnt want to know, because in their words it "was past the 90 days date of return." Obviously, the device is not fit for purpose and very poor Customer service into the bargain. Would not recommend this company at all.

Customer support is absolutely brilliant! I had a few personal issues with purchasing the Purivon Pro, but customer support came back to me within hours. Everything has now been resolved, and I am very happy with the results.

Is it possible to rate 0 stars? The product I received says "flying chicken". Clearly this is not the real product. I believe this company is fraudulent. BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY.

Item arrived in good time, late November 2025. Explicit instructions included and helpful emails.
Contact address in UK. However when I wanted to return under 90day guarantee I have to return to China at considerable cost. No intimation of this anywhere on advertising and ordering information information.

Sadly as this product hasn’t improved or changed my problems I needed to return the item and have asked for a full refund .
After a few hiccups initially, regarding the return address, someone named Alex contacted me personally and provided the correct return address.
I returned the item and have now been given a FULL refund.
Perhaps customer service team could do with better training regarding customer returns.

Great service, kept up to date with deliveries. Most important, the pelvic toner works,best control I have had in years.

I am requesting to return this product but have been sent a returns address for China. From reading other reviews you replied to a customer stating the product does not have to be sent to China. Not returns label either....so disappointed

I’ve just barely started using it so not much to tell yet but so far so good.

I am genuinely shocked at how terrible this company is. I made a purchase, realized the address was wrong, and within five minutes I contacted them begging to cancel it. Five minutes. I couldn’t have done it any faster. I explained everything clearly and politely.

They ignored me completely.

They shipped the order to the wrong address even though I told them right away. And now I’m left with nothing — no product, no help, no support — and they keep my money as if I don’t matter at all. I’ve lost $170 because they refused to do the most basic, reasonable thing.

This whole situation is beyond frustrating. I acted immediately, I followed the rules, and I asked for a cancellation long before they processed anything. And yet they refused to fix it.
This company has shown me zero respect or professionalism. Their customer service is non-existent, and the way they treat customers is absolutely unacceptable. I wish I had never ordered from them.
