I did´nt receive my ordered products...
I did’nt receive my ordered products from Purewelllhealthllc.com in 2 months . They answerd my mail after 1,5 months but when I called them, I did´nt come through. You are on hold all the time. Their webpage is not designed for foreign mobile numbers, so they can’t call you back if you live overseas. They could´nt deliver the products because they were stopped at customs. Probably because of prohibited substances in the contents or because the health food product is not sufficiently scientifically tested. After several weeks of pushing, I finally got my 407 USD back. The company said that my first purchase could could be refunded directly to my credit card used, but my second purchase would have to be refunded via PayPal. The credit card company says that´s not true. The company can pay directly back to the credit card used. It has caused me a tremendous amount of work writing back and forth to Purewellhealthllc.com and the credit card company to get my money back. I will never buy any health products online again.
