This company is fraud and has been reported to the attorney General, I never did order from them but they have me down for a subscription and had charge me. I taking them down because they won’t cancel a subscription that I never sign up for and I have never used their product. DO NOT ORDER from them….. they are fraud

The product made me have some hormonal health issues that I only experienced once I started taking this. I reached out to the company for a refund explaining my issue and they said they would only give me a 20% refund. All over the website at the time it said try risk free, return no questions asked. Fraud.

I don’t know what the product is like because I looked at the ingredients before purchasing it but they weren’t listed in detail and upon receiving it I realized they use a type of Magnesium I do not tolerate. I have Hashimoto so it’s not just an excuse I made up. I reached out after 2-3 days they replied and said because I bought it on a subscription I cannot return it even though I never opened it it’s sealed the way it came. It’s almost like they trick you to do the subscription which you do thinking it’s a product that you will need for a while but they won’t allow you to return it because of it .I believe the company is shady I would never recommend it now I have to reach out to my credit card company and dispute it which I will . But beware , also a company that has such poor customer service in my opinion it cannot have a good product because they don’t seem to stand behind it .

In my experience, this company felt very misleading. I attempted to cancel my order within a few hours of purchasing, but customer service did not respond for several days and then claimed it was too late to cancel. The order also automatically enrolled me into a subscription, which I thankfully noticed and canceled myself.

The product took about two weeks to arrive and was shipped from China, which was not clearly disclosed when ordering. The company also does not appear to allow customer reviews on its website, which made me even more concerned about the legitimacy of the positive reviews shown there.

I would encourage others to research carefully before ordering.

I ordered one bottle at the discounted price as there was no other option. I did not click to subscribe. After speaking with my Dr. I decided not to use it. I emailed the company requesting a refund. I never opened thr package because their refund policy is strict. I received a reply saying that since I had a subscription they usually don’t do refunds but would give me a special 20% refund instead of the 90% less the restocking fee. This is super shady and poor business practice. I returned it because they never give the percentages on the ingredients that I could find, which makes it difficult to determine how much to take with other supplements. Stick to pharmaceutical grade supplements through your healthcare provider and avoid this company that preys on people with thyroid conditions.

**Update** The order has been received. I was able to go into the account and cancel the (fraudulent) auto-subscription. You have to physically go into your account, look under “subscriptions” and cancel it.
Because they use the CC you originally paid with, 2-3 days after canceling the subscription, go back in and “edit payment” and remove the CC.
I was in contact, eventually, with someone (probably a bot) named Susan. It typically took 3 days for a email response but I did receive one and have kept all correspondence. And I threw the product in the trash, and learned my lesson.

Desperation strikes. I placed an order, never received an order number, confirmation, text message...nothing. I reached out to Purveen and have received no response. Today I contacted my bank about it and am unable to file a dispute because I used Apl Csh. It's rare that I don't do days of homework researching companies before buying new products but here I am. And now I'm guessing, based on other reviews also, Pureveen is suspected to be a fraudulent company, buyer beware.

Asked to cancel subscription and refund. I got no response whatever. They keep sending products. Dealing with them through my bank and e-shop.

25 May update. As per past practice they offered me 40% refund and then received from the owner a message that the product is delayed and is in "transit". I asked for tracking number... and vodka it is shipped from China!!!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, IT IRRITATED MY MOUTH. I purchased this product for thyroid support and I waited to ask my doctor whether or not I should try it, but once I tried it for three days straight, I started having an irritation in my mouth to the point I thought I had an abcessed tooth and made an appointment with my dentist. I soon received a second bottle of Pureveen drops and I tried to contact the company, but a phone number listed for them had too many numbers and looked suspect for off-shore, so I contacted my bank and Paypal and asked to stop payment. Then I heard from the company asking me to remove the stop payment so I asked for a refund and a return label, but they came back with an offer for 20% off and I could keep the product. When I refused their offer and offered to pay for shipment to send the product back if they would give me a refund for the second bottle and their address, but no. On each subsequent day they offered 40%, 50%, 60% and up to 80% off, but because it harmed me, I refused and stopped payment on both shipments. This is being disputed in my bank now. I paid $46.60 for each shipment and I see now it is for sale online for $29.99! Use caution with this product.
