Hi,
We’re sorry to hear that you had this experience. However, based on the details mentioned in your review, we believe there may be some confusion regarding the website you purchased from.
This review is for **PureGPL.com**, and we’re unable to identify a purchase or support request matching the issues described in your review. There are also other websites using similar names, so it’s possible that this review was intended for a different service.
We take genuine customer feedback seriously and are always happy to investigate and resolve any issue. Please contact our support team with your order details or support ticket number so we can verify your purchase and assist you.
If this review was posted for a different website, we kindly request that you update or remove it to avoid misleading other customers.
Thank you.

Why do people rely on reviews before making a purchase if your platform manipulates them by allowing false reviews? Even before joining or purchasing, you want a positive review. Wow, if I do then you ask for proof?
It appears you have not reviewed Trustpilot's terms and conditions thoroughly. I kindly request that you revisit and read them again.
You have admitted to offering free memberships in exchange for reviews. As a result, people now leave reviews regardless of the quality or nature of the products you offer, compromising the authenticity of your platform.
I have been a member of multiple GPL sites, and many of them, including yours, seem to follow the same deceptive practices. Due to false reviews on Trustpilot, I faced severe issues, including website hacking and other troubles.
If there is no transparency and genuine feedback, what is the purpose of having reviews? Why did you join Trustpilot and create an account if not to gain people's blind trust?
Whether I purchased or not it does not matter, Whether I provide proof or not is irrelevant—your actions speak for themselves.
Additionally, requesting information for "verification" to remove reviews appears to be a convenient way to silence criticism. Do you think this approach will not lead to further problems? Should I report this matter to the Trustpilot Team and request that your account be banned? What is your opinion on this?
Conclusion: Actions and words reveal the true authenticity of a platform. Based on your approach, it is evident that the reviews on your platform lack credibility.
I strongly recommend that everyone avoid joining any GPL site. If you value the security of your website and business, always purchase directly from the original author. While it may be slightly more expensive, it ensures that your site, data, and access remain 100% secure. Stay vigilant, conduct thorough research before making any purchases, and prioritise safety.
Thank you.

Hi,
This review is completely false and contains some very serious claims about PureGPL, including fraud and website hacking.
We checked our records and could not find any purchase, membership or support request matching this review.
If you are a genuine customer, please share your order number or support ticket so we can check what happened and help you. We have no problem with genuine negative reviews, but making such serious claims without any proof is not fair.
We have also reported this review to Trustpilot for further verification.
Please make sure you are reviewing the correct website before making such claims.

Hi there,
We’re really sorry to hear you had a negative impression, but this review does not match our actual service or any real customer record.
PureGPL has been running for years, and we provide 100% genuine GPL-licensed themes & plugins, exactly as mentioned on our website. GPL products are open-source and publicly allowed to be redistributed—so calling them “fake” is not accurate.
If you faced any issue with a product, installation, updates, or had any confusion about GPL licensing, we would be happy to help you directly.
Please reach out to us at puregpl.com/support with your order details so we can check and resolve everything properly.
We truly believe in transparency and customer support, and we don’t charge money for anything that is free—we provide premium GPL items with instant access, regular updates, and dedicated support.
Looking forward to assisting you and clearing any misunderstanding. Thank you.

Scammers Scammers Scammers
They are scammers. They sell free fake premium plugins. After you buy it, they will ask you to pay before you they can activate it. After you pay again, they will block you and stop responding to your chats. They are wicked. Please don't buy anything from them.

You are not even a customer of ours, so how can you post such a negative review without ever experiencing our service? Your statements are completely false and misleading. We never ask for additional payments after purchase, and we certainly do not block genuine customers.
Spreading false accusations without proof is unfair to both our business and our genuine customers.

They are scammers. Thieves, Please Run
They are scammers. Do not buy anything from them. They will sell you a free theme without activation code. Whatever you buy from them, I assure you that you won't be able to use it and they won't reply you if you send them a message. Please do not buy from them. Save your money and check other websites. Do not trust them at all. I bought a premium theme from them that is asking for code, I sent them a message and they didn't reply me.

Hello Sir,
We have already clearly mentioned that single purchases of Elementor theme do not include activation. Activation is only available in our membership plan, so we have not disappointed or misled any user.
Apart from this, we even provided you with a free membership and requested your domain details so we could activate the theme for you. Instead of cooperating, you posted a negative review and even mentioned that you would tell your friends to post negative reviews as well. That is very unprofessional and unfair.
We always respond to genuine customer queries and fulfill what is promised in our plans.
— PureGPL Team
Very Disappointed with PureGPL – BEWARE!We purchased a theme from PureGPL…
We purchased a theme from PureGPL expecting a smooth activation process as advertised. After payment, they told us we needed to pay an additional amount for theme activation – which we unfortunately agreed to.
But after paying the extra amount, they completely stopped responding. No support, no activation, and no further communication at all. It feels like a scam.
This is not how professional service works. If you value your time and money, we strongly advise avoiding this platform.

Hello,
Your review is misleading and does not match our records. We have never advertised theme activation for single product purchases. Activation is clearly mentioned as a benefit of our membership plan only, and this is stated on our website before purchase.
We did not ask for any "extra" amount beyond what is required for activation under the membership plan. We always deliver the products exactly as described and provide full support to genuine customers.
We also have no record of you being left without a response — if you share your order details publicly or with Trustpilot, we can prove your claims are false. Posting unverified allegations damages trust unfairly.
— PureGPL Team

Tho the theme is correct but when I ask the support panel for the installation process. They doesnt respond. What's the purpose of your support panel when no ones respond? I like that it is legit. But I dont like your support system. I already send a ticket no one respond for days.
