Delivery was fast, items were well packaged. The food quality is fantastic and my horses love it and are at their healthiest. Definitely recommend Pure Feed!

Very easy to use the website, easy to order. I couldn’t find any tracking for the delivery but luckily I was just pulling in at home when the driver arrived.
3rd party delivery driver was very helpful and courteous.
Been using pure for years but this was the first direct order placed.
Will do again.

Cliente, sans pause, depuis 2018, j'ai pu constater que les aliments pure feed sont excellents. Ayant convertis nombre d'ami(e)s sur cette marque, personne n'a jamais été déçu. La composition est excellente. Ayant un cheval PSSM1 j'ai su trouver la nourriture qui convenait parfaitement dans le pure BALANCE. Je commande donc 1sac /mois depuis 6ans. Sans compter les nombreuses commandes groupées de + de 6 sacs pour les collègues. L'ardoise est donc conséquente.
CEPENDANT, malgré mes nombreuses demandes je n'ai jamais eu 1 seul geste commercial de la part de la direction.
Alors quand je vois que je payais mon sac de 15kg 29€ en 2018 et qu'en 2024 le sac est à + de 40€ je suis outrée et dépassée par la situation !!
Ok l'aliment est bon, la livraison correcte mais purée revoyez urgemment votre force de vente parce que, poussée à bout, je suis à deux doigts d'arrêter mes commandes.
Votre seul geste commercial sous forme de "tokens" est inappropriée et tout sauf simple (découper une partie des sacs de grains, les mettre dans une enveloppe et les envoyer au siège à Paris en lettre recommandée comme dans les années 1990) j'imagine que cela est pensé pour décourager vos clients et ne pas leur délivrer d'offre ?!
Comme nombre d'entreprise avant vous, il serait temps de prendre garde à votre relation client car, je le répète, malgré un produit irréprochable cela pourrait vous amener à votre perte.

My Shetland cross mare was started on Pure Balance low calorie in late autumn and her coat has transformed. Last winter when not having it, her coat was tacky and dull. Since having the pure balancer her coat is shiny and fluffy and springy and her demeanour and well being is great. She is unrugged and outside, rolls in the mud but her fur is so soft and fluffy. I really rate Pure as it’s the only part of her care that has changed.

Ordered feed. Delivered to my door. Came very quickly.

I love the actual product, however why does delivery have to be so expensive?! There doesn't seem to be any stockists near me who actually have the items I wish to purchase, only a very small selection of what is actually available. Due to this, I have only purchased 1/3 of the items I was looking for from my local store. With cheaper delivery I would much rather drive to my local feed store, than order online and pay for essentially another bag of feed in delivery fees! However this isn't possible as they don't have most of the items i'm after. I'm now trying to find alternative items I can pickup/ have delivered from my local store much more cheaply.

Some advice would also be having the product availability on the product page, if it's in stock or not. I've been caught out before with the meadow mash, as they couldn't get hold of it, and then had to find alternatives elsewhere.

All in all, a really nice product, but is more difficult to get hold of with a very expensive delivery, does make me go to other options for horse feed. If these issues were resolved, I would have no problem thinking where to buy my feed.

My horse loves the Meadow Mash though have to mention that she has gone off the Fibre Balance completely last winter after having liked it for years.
Only four stars as I would much more like to buy at my local feed shop. Ordering online means waiting in on delivery day, is more expensive (delivery costs), there is a minimum order amount (which puts me off if I just want to try a new product and there is A LOT OF PACKAGING as each bag comes in a separate strong carton box. NOT GOOD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT!!! All these points tempt me to look for an alternative feed as soon as I have got time.
