Pure Electric supplied a Sanden hot water system on time. It's worked well in the two years we've used it. It's never run out of hot water (with up to 4 people in the house), it is pretty quiet during operation, and it seems to be very cheap to run.

Unfortunately it was a difficult process to have our hot water service fixed. There was no one in our area who could fix it within a week. It took three days to convince Pure Electric that we could fix it ourselves being licensed electricians. When we did receive a replacement part the process took about 40 minutes.

Knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. I bought both my Sanden heat pump hot water and solar panels from Pure Electric. I would have hesitated longer to get off gas if not for PE. Thank you!

Over six years ago, I decided to replace Ducted Gas heating, Gas Cooktop, and Gas boosted solar hot water.
Careful research led me to Pure-Electric.
I got good, honest and accurate advice, and subsequently installed a Sanden Heat Pump HWS, and a Daikin Reverse-Cycle Air Conditioning (split) system.
I immediately ditched my gas service and have not looked back since. Costs are down, all have been working efficiently and without issues for these past six years.

I won’t go into the commercial specifics of our case but we had a serious issue with our Sanden hot water heat pump (which we love due to its efficiency and quietness) and Matt and his crew were not the original installation organisation. We had been told we had few (expensive) options to rectify the issue but on contacting Pure Electric, they immediately advocated to Sanden on our behalf and got them appraised of our situation. Sanden did the right thing by all parties (which is why we would buy again without hesitation) and Pure Electric then organised a local installer. It is a true test of a company’s ethos and culture when they take someone out of the blue that has one of the products they support - and take that person on as though they has been a customer from Day 1. We cannot speak highly enough of that support!

I wanted to get a serviceman to reset the timer and clock bu Paul helped me do it myself over the phone.

It was great dealing with pure electric. Their process was very streamlined and transparent.
After accepting the quote and paying the deposit, the install date came soon after.
The trades chosen to complete the install were both extremely professional, neat and friendly. The install went very well. So far the Sanden has been exceptional.

I have a 12 year old PV system and I have been thinking about buying a battery for nearly a decade. I have always considered the usual cost / benefit analysis was flawed because it was only depreciating the value of the products - PV, battery, grid electricity and all that. For me, real analysis looks at the global benefit of PV and asks me what can I do.
House prices go up and sometimes down. Cars and white goods are depreciated over a few years, but who says owning a refrigerator is a waste, or who claims not to use a washing machine and yet they wear out and (money is wasted on them?).
Time for action! So I looked at Pure-Electric. I was most happy with their advice. I felt confident that I was making the right decision and noted that their price was more that competitive. The installation was a breeze having been convinced that I did not need to have the Tesla Battery installed in the garage. Again, I was helped through the "rules" for installing a battery. Easy! Now I am monitoring my Tesla performance. I am sure that I will be seeking more advice on how to make best use of my whole PV system, and I am confident that Pure-Electric will be my first port for advice.

I bought a Sanden heat pump in 2021 from Pure Electric and have been very happy with the amount of hot water it produces very energy efficiently. Matthew and the team really know their stuff when it comes to heat pumps. They only sell quality products and use experienced plumbers to install them. Totally recommend Pure Electric rather than a plumber who may not have much experience in installing heat pumps.
