I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Pura Vida Bracelets. I placed an order and was charged in full, but the product was never shipped. Instead, I was given a tracking number that appears to be completely fake—there has been no movement or valid shipping information associated with it.

When I reached out to customer service, the responses I received were generic, unhelpful, and ultimately misleading. It felt like I was dealing with a scripted or non-existent support system rather than a legitimate company trying to resolve an issue.

At this point, I have paid for a product I never received, been given false shipping information, and received no meaningful assistance in resolving the problem. This experience has raised serious concerns about the legitimacy of their order fulfillment and customer service practices.

I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this company. I am requesting a full refund and a proper investigation into this matter.

BUYER BEWARE. Do not purchase any Pura Vida item online! You will pay and then receive no products or refund, even after 4 weeks plus. Multiple emails will receive fake replies only listing problems such as moving warehouses, etc. They even promised to have my grandchildren’s Easter presents by that day. LIARS. Do not trust them.

Has to the the most worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Not only have they not send my product but failed to refund me. In my opinion that’s straight up theft. The emails I have received make no sense and one told me to stop emailing them all together. Although the monetary value is fairly small it’s the principle. This is. Shady company at best and illegal at worst. I’d like to add there is no way to leave a negative review. If anyone knows a solution please share

Been waiting weeks for my order, which has never even been posted. Customer service just gives me the polite runaround with lame excuses. I had to write to them again to ask for a refund, which they granted straight away, so that was good. However, this suggests that the items on their site are not actually in stock. Not good practice.

Ordered, took 10 days until I got fed up with not hearing anything, no shipping, nothing. I wrote and asked to cancel my order as this was an extraordinary amount of time and it was late already. Upon my request, no one answered for 3 days to tell me NOW IT SHIPPED which was a lie too, I asked to cancel they could have pulled it many times to accommodate their error and customer. Now I have to return it what a hassle. Never again. Don't trust pura vida. Horrible shipping times too!!!

Pura Vida never disappoints—multiple orders, all arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Colors are true to the photos, and I've never had a single problem with anything I've bought.

Ordered product 12/28. Contacted 1/24/26 asking why it was almost a month and I didnt have my shipment or any communication from them...took them 2 emails stating they would respond to my inquiry in 48 hours or less. On 5th day they sent another email stating they didnt know where my package was and they would offer me a$10 credit when they already took $27.44 for an order I do not have - I asked them to refund my $$ and cancel order that is nowhere to be found and again - no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORST SHIPPING DEPARTMENT- A TOTAL SHAM!!! Order #PV17912687

I really wish I could give Pure Vida a better review however given my many orders, I just can’t. The items tarnish. I have lost multiple add ons and I really don’t want to continue to WASTE my money any longer

I found out the hard way that although they advertise “free returns”, all sale items are considered final sale even though nothing is marked as final sale on my receipt or in the item descriptions on the website. My order was also missing a charm and upon reaching out after Christmas, they told me it turns out it wasn’t shipped because it was out of stock. Other companies would have notified me it was out of stock and proactively refunded me, rather than putting it on me to contact customer service to inquire. They did make it right after a few emails and the recipient loves the necklace.

This company is horrible. When a company says it's delivering a product before Christmas, you expect that they are going to do just that.
We bought two of our grand daughters presents from this company and neither arrived for Christmas, and still hasn't showed up.
We have to go back and explain to our grand children why Santa didn't deliver their presents.

This companies reputation is bad and getting worse. We will never buy from them again.

I'm sure their Christmas was great taking everyone's money and not delivering.

Ordered a ring Dec. 8. Paid for shipping. They ship via a USPS partner at Christmas. The ring has been sitting in Arizona for 9 days; I'm in Maryland. I emailed them yesterday with concern it won't arrive for Christmas. They told me they know USPS tracking is unreliable and to give it until Dec. 19 before reaching back out. So this gift isn't arriving by Christmas. Just a terrible experience I won't repeat. This is why people stick with Amazon and not small businesses. Do better.

So backstory is, I’ve never ordered a ring online before so I didn’t know what size to get. The size I chose ended up being wrong and way too big. I emailed about a ring size exchange and I was refused because the item was on sale at the time. I ordered another ring of the same too large sized ring at the same exact time from another company that also happened to be discounted and they said absolutely no problem. Send it our way we will send you another one. I honestly don’t see why they can’t exchange a discounted ring over a non-discounted one.
And also, when I got the ring, it was squeaky and a little hard to turn. It was one of those circular fidget rings.
Overall, not a great experience at all!

Had to pay the post office $6 in shipping charges to receive my package after Pura Vida already charged me.

I ordered two bracelets on August 30 and have received nothing. I have contacted customer service several times and now they offered to either send the items (they assured me two weeks ago they were already sent) or issue a store credit. I don't want a store credit because there seems to be no guarantee they will ship anything. I will be contacting my card issuer so they can initiate a chargeback.

I ordered and paid for shipping from the pura vida website and the post office advised they didnt put enough postage so I had to go to the post office and pay additional shipping. I tried reaching out to pura vida but of course they had no contact phone number so I emailed twice and no response. I tried calling the store in Myrtle Beach and the manager was very rude and wouldn't help...she also would not give her first name. I will never order or purchase from them again due to their lack of customer service and scamming customers to pay double shipping.

They have the worst website when it comes to trying to pay with Apple Pay. I don’t want any of their tarnishable jewelry anyway.

Ordered about 5 regular bracelets on July 2nd but once the order was placed it said I couldn’t track it which i thought was weird so i decided to email them, they said that my mail carrier didn’t include tracking but insured me my package had been shipped out and was on the way and said it would be delivered around July 9th-11th well I was like okay fine and I just waited well the 11th came around and my mail had already came and as you could’ve guessed, no package so i emailed them asking if they were able to give me any updates about when it would be here and their response was the tracking information hasn't been updated for quite some time, and in cases like this, we'd consider this as lost in transit. They gave me two options of either getting my order reshipped or having 10 dollar store credit so I emailed them back and asked why they couldn’t have told me this sooner but no response and no package

Horrible products and customer service! Have bought a few items and have had to exchange a few for poor quality of the item breaking within a few days of purchase! Their staff are useless and can never do anything to help a customer who bought a subpar quality item!! Stay way, your better throwing your money in the trash! Last return I tried to make was for a phone holder that tore into pieces 3 days after purchase and they won’t exchange it! Even being within the 30 day exchange and return limit! It wasn’t worth my time to further argue! I’ll just stay away

My bracelet never moved. I was told I would have to wait a couple weeks. So I ordered this Christmas present in November but it’s now almost February and I have no movement with my item. I reported it twice and emailed the support team. Only time I got a response was them telling me all they could do is give me a partial refund and wait. Yet that was last month, still no more details since purchase. I got one of the bracelets I purchased. I paid $20 for a bracelet that will never come in sure. Very disappointed, I was skeptical and I should’ve been more concerned than I was. Do NOT waste your time and money with this company.

Ordered two custom bracelets before Thanksgiving 2024. Estimate to completion was 6 weeks when ordered but it is January 21st and I still can’t get a date of expected completion. I have received multiple email responses from their customer service and a 50% refund but no bracelets. I would prefer a full refund but that has not been offered. These were to be Christmas gifts a month ago. They keep telling me their plant is behind. DO NOT order custom pieces from this company. They cannot deliver.
