Black bits in the second packet

You mentioned seeing black granules in your second packet and feeling unable to drink it. These granules are 100% natural vanilla bean flavouring, which can vary between batches. They are completely safe and part of the natural product formulation.

No scoop included

You raised concern about not having a scoop to measure the powder. To reduce plastic waste, PuraU intentionally does not include a scoop. A standard household tablespoon is an easy and accurate way to measure the recommended serving.

Results and expectations

You noted not feeling any energy improvements or weight changes. Research shows that collagen and gut-support supplements typically require at least 8 weeks of consistent use for noticeable effects, and individual results vary. Experiencing limited or no changes within the first month is not unusual.

Throughout our correspondence, we aimed to answer your questions quickly, thoroughly, and transparently, including clarifying the safety of the black granules, and the expected timeframe for results.

It looks like what you’re describing is purging. Purging is 100% normal and it's a very good sign that the program is working. The program is a cleanse & detox so it's going to work to detoxify the body and in turn, the skin can purge temporarily. This usually happens within the first couple of weeks but it will pass, it's an essential part of the healing journey.
