Use to be good...
Puracultura is a website based out of Vista CA selling Mexican culture related items. I have purchased many items from them in the past (was recommended this site from word of mouth) and every time I was very satisfied with my purchase. I wear my Quetzalcoatl shirt all the time and it is my favorite shirt.
Fast forward to 2023 and now it seems that something changed, not sure what but now I went to order more shirts and now they sent me a tracking number from the USPS and it still to this day (as of writing this 17 days) says shipping label created. I contacted them a week ago (so far two emails) wondering what the issue was and I have not received any kind of response back. I know they can receive emails as they contacted me about my address.
Looking at reviews on their own site, this seems to be a problem with others as well. I hope they can get on the right foot and do what is right and start sending orders out. Otherwise, I would avoid this site, I will update my review if they decide to contact me and fix these issues. I will add a Spanish copy as well.

Les compré muchos artículos en el pasado (me recomendaron este sitio de boca en boca) y cada vez quedé muy satisfecho con mi compra. Llevo mi camiseta de Quetzalcóatl todo el tiempo y es mi camiseta favorita.
Avance rápido hasta 2023 y ahora parece que algo cambió, no estoy seguro de qué, pero ahora fui a pedir más camisetas y ahora me enviaron un número de seguimiento de USPS y todavía hasta el día de hoy (al momento de escribir esto, 17 días) dice envío. etiqueta creada. Me comuniqué con ellos hace una semana (hasta ahora dos correos electrónicos) preguntándome cuál era el problema y no recibí ningún tipo de respuesta. Sé que pueden recibir correos electrónicos cuando me contactaron sobre mi dirección.
Al mirar las reseñas en su propio sitio, esto parece ser un problema también para los demás. Espero que puedan empezar con el pie derecho y hacer lo correcto y comenzar a enviar órdenes. De lo contrario, evitaría este sitio. Actualizaré mi reseña si deciden contactarme y solucionar estos problemas.
