Had a great experience, was kept updated at every stage the order went through. Quick delivery I thought for engraved items from America. Quality items with gorgeous engravings. Lovely keepsakes.

Pictures and description of the products are misleading. I ordered a four charm necklace, that the advertisement made it look like the charm which separated. To our disappointment, all the charms just hang up on each other so they cannot be seen individually.

They have beautiful pet products suited for your needs. I love my personalized pup rings. I just received my blanket a few days ago, I believe it was Wednesday. When I opened up my blanket and saw my dogs face it made me cry. Now I can wrap myself in the blanket, it makes me feel like she's still here with me. I am very pleased with my purchases! Everyone, I've delt with were so accommodating and compassionate about the loss of my pets. They, really go above and beyond to satisfy their customers needs. They keep you updated as they're preparing your items! Also following up after your purchase. Great company, I highly recommend this company Pup Ring! We had to say goodbye to our 14 year old yellow lab in February. She was a treasured member of our family. My daughter ordered a pupring necklace that day and I received the necklace a few weeks later. I loved the necklace and thought it was such a kind thing my daughter had done. The first time I put the necklace on, the clasp broke. I sent numerous emails to pupring explaining that the necklace was broken. Each time they responded to my email 24 hours later. There is no phone contact for the customer. When I mentioned in an email that I wanted to speak to a manager, the response was that she had discussed my broken necklace with a manager. Once they received my order number I had to get from my daughter, I was told that since my daughter had not paid for their life time warranty, the broken necklace would not be replaced

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Pupring. I ordered a necklace (Order #PR275757) for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day, and while she absolutely loved it at first, the quality has been incredibly poor.

She has only been wearing it on and off for about 6 weeks, and she’s been very careful with it — never showering or sleeping with it on. Despite that, the gold is already flaking off, which is completely unacceptable for a $120 piece of jewelry.

What’s even more frustrating is the customer service. I reached out hoping for a solution, whether that be advice, a repair, or a replacement. Instead, I was told that because I didn’t purchase an additional warranty, my only option is to buy another necklace. That’s honestly ridiculous — if the first one only lasted 6 weeks, why would I spend another $120?

It’s clear they don’t stand behind their product, and that’s a huge red flag. I would not recommend buying from Pupring based on both the poor quality and lack of support.

PupRing completely exceeded my expectations! Even with my dog having so much hair, their artists captured his image perfectly; it’s honestly incredible how detailed and accurate it is.

The jewelry itself is absolutely stunning, and the quality is even better than I imagined. I love that I can now carry Kayce close to my heart wherever I go. Such a meaningful and beautiful piece; I can’t recommend PupRing enough!

I lost my rocky after 13 years and it was like losing a piece of me… But having him around my neck every day warms my heart so thank you for offering this product.

I was so excited to get my 2 necklaces I ordered as my boyfriend.He just lost his dog and his son loved her as well so I got him one. For the cost of the necklace I don’t like how cheap it feels, he even said he is scared to break it also it is so small I can barely see the picture printed on the necklace, now that could be my fault but I feel like I picked a very clear picture. I just feel like it’s a little pricey and I was a little dissatisfied with how small that I could barely see the picture and how cheap the necklace feels. I want to order one for myself for my dog that just passed a year ago but I’m not sure now.

A breeze to order. Loved the emails along the way updating me on the status of my order. I even got a response from a real person when I replied to one of the emails! The end product is amazing. This necklace is the most beautiful necklace I have ever seen and I’m not exaggerating! It looks exactly like my pups! 10/10 recommend and will be buying more! The delivery was fast and easy and the quality is simply amazing!

The necklace came out incredible! The quality is excellent.

My only complaint was the shipping. The customer service was very responsive throughout, but the item arrived almost two weeks later than expected. It was sitting somewhere for almost 10 days and had me concerned about “drop shipping” or that I might have gotten ripped off.

The customer service was quick to respond in emails and assured me that it was in its way and they investigated what was going on. I never got a full reason for the delay.

Regardless, the necklace was awesome and worth the wait. I just would have rather had a more accurate ETA to calm my worries.

I bought 3 items. One was a necklace, looked just like my cat! I had to put him down a couple months ago and wanted something to remember him by. The other 2 I got were keychains and they also looked just like my cats as well! Highly recommend these guys! Took about 2 weeks for them to make and ship them to me so shipping was fast for custom items.
