Absolutely amazing experience for our family, even though it was a birthday surprise for my 8 year old daughter our whole family came away feeling so happy in ourselves. Thank you to Serena and co for a truly wonderful and impactful experience, it was so clear that the puppies wellbeing and welfare was at the centre of it all which was so important. I have been telling all my friends and family about it and would recommend it highly, so therapeutic.

We hired Serena and her team for my daughter’s birthday party and it was a storming success. All the girls were beyond excited to have little puppies to play with and the Doxiepoo puppies did not disappoint! Serena and her team were super friendly and professional. Serena was super responsive in the run up to the event and on the day they were also great - set everything up in less than an hour and cleared away promptly after the session finished while we continued her party elsewhere. Would definitely hire PuppyLuv again. Wonderful, unique experience. Thank you!

Myself and my daughter are autistic and have ADHD. I called before coming and Serena was very understanding and explained clearly how the event will go. We arrived with ear defenders in hand but neither of us used them. It was so chilled. I was given a chair due to my health and all the staff supported our time with the puppies. We felt very comfortable and even the puppies got comfortable and fell asleep on our laps. My daughter said it was the best 'mummy and me' outting yet!

That was the words of the girls who joined my daughter for her 10th birthday at Puppy Luv. And it really was extra special.
They had the best time ever. Cuddles with puppies, a birthday cake, more puppy cuddles and the most amazing party bags with really special gifts and treats that everyone loved. From start to finish Serena and her team made my daughter’s birthday the ‘best ever!!’

Had an amazing time at Puppy Luv as birthday treat for my 9 year old. The toy cockapoos were adorable and the helpers incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

We went as 2 adults and 4 teenagers. We all loved it! Wonderful set-up with great hosts and amazing puppies. We were very well looked after and it was a real boost to everyone’s mental health. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you!

Puppy Luv and Wellness hosted my daughter's 8th birthday. They were unbelievable - professional, warm, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure everyone had the best time. The puppies were so so cute and energetic! The staff also helped us have such a fun and comfortable experience (forgive me I didn’t get names but all of them were wonderful and friendly!) overall this was perfect and I will be back!

Amazing experience! I am typically more of a cat/kitten person but in our session we had gorgeous staffy pups! 🩶🩶 I enjoyed every second and at the end I did not want to leave! Fantastic team. Close to home. Suitable for kids. I would highly recommend this experience to family/friends. Planning my next visit as we speak..

This is honestly the most amazing experience of my life! I’ve been around 10 times already and I’ll keep going most weekends with my daughter to see the puppies! There’s seriously nothing like it. As soon as you arrive, there’s a brand new litter of puppies ready for you to play with – it’s incredible for your mental health and such a lovely thing for kids too. I’m so glad I came across this experience. I couldn’t imagine a better way to spend my Sundays! And the people who run it are the nicest, kindest souls. Thank you so much Serena, for everything!
