Very impressed with the quality of the harness and double ended lead we ordered. Customer service was excellent too; we had to make contact regarding the sizing. Very good experience all round.

Definitely will order again
Placing the order was easy. There was so many cute sets to choose from. Once I made my choices checkout was quick and easy and the items arrived on time. The quality of each harness, lead, collar and poo bag holder is amazing. We've had so many compliments on how cute our Daisy looks wearing the daisy designs.

Well made but.........
Whilst these are very well made harnesses, I ordered an xs and s because I wasn't sure which would fit. I found these absolutely impossible to adjust. Far too fiddly. I couldn't get the extra small one to go big enough and the small one to adjust down. I have a 20 week old cavapoo who is not keen on a harness and these are so far from easy on. Have returned all.

I am sorry that you found the adjustments to be fiddly - If you reach out to us we are always happy to help with adjustments and can send you video demonstrations. I have requested some extra info so i can reach out direct to get this resolved.
Failing that, we will refund you as soon as we receive the order back in, but we would love to be able to help you with the adjustments.
