Just like the other reviews, I ordered one product and a couple of weeks later they charged my card for something else that cost more than twice what I bought. Definitely a scam.

I checked my credit card today and noticed a fraudulent transaction of $39.99usd. After talking to my bank and doing a google search, I finally figured out that this company automatically signs you up for a subscription without telling you. When purchasing the dog bowls, I checked out using the Shopify or Shop app and only received a an email from Shop, not from PUPA PAWS and had no idea I was going to be charged. How corrupt!

Cheap plastic enrichment toy but the real issue is that they started trying to charge my card every 2 weeks for a "subscription" that I never agreed to nor signed up for...

This company just scams your credit card. After your first purchase they'll put through another charge and keep going until you have to cancel your credit card.

This company WILL defraud you.

This is a SCAM! Avoid at all costs!!

Bought the lick and roll toy for $14.99 product because it was half off (def not worth 39.99 btw) and suddenly got hit with a $56 ‘VIP membership’ I never signed up for. Not the only one—multiple people on Reddit report the exact same scam.

Customer service? A joke. They just copy‑paste generic replies and completely ignore refund requests.

If you’ve ever bought from them, I’d check your account for unauthorized charges.

I would skip this shady company entirely.

I am in Australia but they deceitfully charge in USD so the price you're charged is not what the site says.
Immediately after entering my credit card details, I get a text message from Visa - my card is blocked for fraud. I speak to them and they tell me the whole company is a scam and I should be googling to read about them. They've had to reissue my credit card because they said it's now out on the dark web. Just close the window and move on. Very sophisticated - I was drawn in from ads on Instagram.

DO NOT ORDER. They will illegally take funds from your account and refuse refunds. Items are cheap and will break on first use.

item was advertised as being rubber but it was just cheap plastic. They charge you for a membership that you never agree to because it's not displayed anywhere when buying the product or going through checkout. they hide that they'll enroll you automatically by making a purchase on their site.

I would give it less than one star if I could. The product is cheap and not as expected. The worst part is they charged me for my order, and then two weeks later they charged me an additional $39.99 for a membership fee that I did not authorize. I filed a fraudulent credit card charge with my bank. That meant having to replace my card and all the hassle that goes along with that. It’s a total scam, do not buy from this company.

Just like everyone else on here, I placed an order for lick bowls for my dogs and then about a week after, I was charged $39.99 for a Pupa Plus Membership that I didn't even know existed. And at that point I hadn't even received my order yet.

I will however say that after contacting them, they did refund me for the non ordered membership... But said they were sorry the experience didn't meet my expectations. Definitely didn't meet my expectations because I didn't expect to be charged for something I didn't order.

Bought a dog toy, which did arrive. The charge was listed as Curea.shop. A week later, I was charged $40 for a Plus Membership to that site that I never purchased.

I wish I had come to trustpilot first. The other reviews are correct. Hard plastic, not food grade silicone and NO MENTION whatsoever of a subscription anywhere on the order page or checkout page. I just went through them again as if I were purchasing to look for it. Nothing. Yet I just got hit with a $39.99 subscription fee and my credit card won't immediately remove it since I did business with Pupa Paws to buy the lick bowls. Total Scam.

The company charges you a $39.99 subscription fee that is not disclosed anywhere in the checkout process. I can’t even find information about the subscription on the website. My credit card company flagged it as fraud and I did find the link at the bottom of the webpage to cancel the subscription. Can’t find anywhere to post a real review on their site either.

Absolute scam. The product supposedly ships from china and they charge an unannounced $40 subscription for no benefits other than discount pricing.

Totally deceptiveCompany. Do NOT order anything from them - they will start trying to charge you $39.99 a month for some subscription that is nowhere in the product descriptions nor the checkout process. Total fraud. Plus they say the product comes from the US but it comes shipped from China and is cheap.

I used SHOP to check out and it automatically signed me up for a "membership" for $39.99 without giving me an option to opt out. If you use SHOP to purchase, there is no option to opt out of their membership. I was able to get my money back with repeated requests, but still... HOW FRUSTRATING. Companies like this (and the silk pillowcase company I have also reviewed) are going to ruin small online businesses, because they make it so it's hard to trust any of them.

AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK YOU SHOULD.

I read some reviews after purchasing and saw that many people complained of being charged a subscription fee they weren't made aware of.
I decided to log in to my account and yes, there was a subscription of $39.99 USD / month that was absolutely NOT mentioned during the checkout process.
There is also no description of what this subscription is for. I canceled it immediately.

CON ARTISTS!! They charge your card to some subscription that isn’t advertised on the check out. Then the terms of service says the subscription is complimentary
