Punctual Expedite is the only company I will ever use, and Jacob Anderson is as honest and straightforward as I am, and I truly appreciate him. I had hired another company, Jacob told me what they would do, and they did. They tripled my quote, tripled it. Jacob gave me a price and even though I kept trying to give the other company a chance, Jacob stood fast and he got my job done in the time frame he promised. Honest is the only policy, and Punctual Expedite is an honest company with honest employees like Jacob. I will do business with him again.

Punctual Expedited, Sean is your guy to get it done!
Punctual Expedited went out of their way to help me get my truck transported from A to B. The customer service from Sean was above what I expected! Sean made sure that everything went smooth and helped me get through a very tough time with my situation. Sean even replied to me every time I had a problem or question, always pleasant and reassuring and kept every promis he made, with no excuses or changes from his quote and verbal solutions. I recommend Sean highly as your guy to get the job done right!! I would absolutely recommend Sean for your guy to transport your vehicle to where ever you need to go.!! Have to say, I was nervous about doing business over the internet and worried that I might never see the bike again, but guys came through and at a fair price!

Not worth my time
This was the worst experience to transport a vehicle. I signed a contract with their agent, Logan, almost 2 months prior to shipping. I checked in with Logan a week and half to make sure that everything was scheduled, and he assured me that it was. I was supposed to get transporting information 2 days before scheduled pickup, but nobody contacted me. I called them using text messaged and leaving voice mails. The next day Jacob called me and told me Logan left the company and nobody knew anything about my contract. Jacob told me that they found a driver and that they could pick up my vehicle that night. Nobody came to pick up my vehicle, so I reached out to Jacob the next day. Jacob blamed Logan's lack of experience, but the price to transport my vehicle was an additional $700 from that of my signed contract. I refused their services! The manager, Sean, attempted to rectify this issue and then offered where I only had to pay another $300 instead of the $700.
This one star rating is being generous.

When I got stranded in an out of the…
When I got stranded in an out of the way town with a car that needed to be picked up from an impound lot (and *then* shipped 8 hours south), I panicked and contacted just about every service I could find. Luckily, I got Diana on the other end of one of 'em - I needed next day service, she made it happen. I needed documents to ensure the pick-up would go smoothly - she asked about those too, which tells me she cares about the end result and not just setting up a sale. She found a carrier for my car at a more than reasonable price considering the 12-hour turnaround, and I made it back home in time to see my Honda come in without any new damage. Thanks again Diana, I was panicking and the speed and professionalism of this service put me at ease (for at least one night before I had to hop on a bus south).

Diana was very professional and helpful. She only dispatched once she was 100% sure that everything was set for both pick up and delivery.
