Sat in the bag for a few months as I hadn’t had time to play about with it. Decided to take it on holiday, set it up for my 11yr old. It didn’t really stick to the floor very well but it didn’t matter, because after fewer than 20 punches the spring snapped in half making it completely useless.

After waiting for a long time for the shipment to arrive, the product that arrived was faulty - contacted the customer service on the same day. But I could not get a refund because it was out of the 30-day return period. I am unsure how I was expected to know the product will be faulty before it even arrive to make the 30 day return period. No refunds. Waste of money, time and space in the house. Not recommended.

Just got mine the other week it’s a great product

Had one & loved it till broke from overuse. I ordered 2 more on 10/02/26 & have not received & cannot find any order number, money came out of my account for 2 11/2. Darren Sihvola. Update: Punchr have been amazing with trying to resolve this issue , hopefully we have a resolution soon.

I purchased a Punchr Boxflex Pro August last year after seeing it advertised in my FB feed. I have a new epoxy floor that I thought it would suck onto, but unfortunately not. I improvised using a metal esky lid but have now purchased a 2mm sheet steel plate. But it still doesn’t hold.

I found my old invoice and contacted support seeking some of the gel base stickers that were originally shipped with the unit, that I could no longer find.

Yumi responded and confirmed what I needed, shipping me a substantial supply of pads.

I’m now up and boxing again, thank you Yumi for making this an easy transaction.

I purchased the stand along reflex bag and they are great. They stay solid on the floor with the adhesive gel pack. The reflex bag has taken my boxing level to new heights, I would recommend these bags to anyone interested in working on their reflexes for boxing.

Product didn’t stick down at the base and the bag slid down after a couple punches. Customer service was good but took longer than expected. Only got 50% of my money back have thrown the product out

Excellent purchase. Exactly as described. Great customer service too as I had a problem with my address and they sorted it straight away for me and kept me in the loop on the delivery time. I’m very happy and will definitely buy from them again.

First of all, the two I ordered for Christmas presents didnt arrive. They replaced them, but it was way past Christmas. I called my nephew to see how it was working out and he said he hasnt used it because the bag will not inflate!!!...I checked it in a sink of water and the base is leaking!...I'm embarased as first it wss late and second IT DOES NOT WORK..pity as the other one it great crac!!!

I’m a 57 year old male who was looking for something in addition to a regular gym workout. This product has been exactly what I needed to maintain hand eye coordination. That’s a skill that diminishes with time the older you get.
I’m considering getting my 77 year old father one to keep him a little more active.

Really great product, well made and simple to assemble, birthday present for my son who loved.

Fantastic customer service. I unfortunately had a product that wouldn’t stick to the floor. The customer service rep (Yumi) offered solutions to help; and when these didn’t work I was offered a full refund (which has been received- thank you) an to save me the hassle of not retuning the product too. This is just a great service. Disappointed I got a product that didn’t work on my floor surfaces - but you can’t complain with a return policy like that. Would recommend to others.
