The parcel scheduled onthe Wednesday…
The parcel scheduled onthe Wednesday wasn’t delivered until the following Monday after I struggled to find to find it.
I tracked it online and it was sent back to the depot having set off.
I had to battle to get a telephone number for your shipper and I could not get a telephone number for your selves so sent a message to your help page. No reply.
Parcel force said they could only do it on the monday.
When it came the address on the package was totally inadequate.
My complaint is that you do not have a telephone for customers and you didn’t reply to customer help requests.

Great piece of kit
It came quick delivery amazing.. looks amazing… the heads where good really durable.. easy to clean after each client . Easy to clean overall. The only downfall would be that it was a tad bit more powerful but apart from that great piece of kit !!!

The new heated head arrived promptly in the post as promised. The heated head is completely compatible with my mini massage gun and works as expected. The mini massage gun is much more powerful than expected and has helped my sciatica enormously.

Really impressed with the customer service. I've loved my pulseroll since I got it. But the shell cracked after 15 months, 3 months out of warranty. But they replaced it anyways because it was so close to the warranty. Glad to see a complany stand behind a product.

Thank goodness for the Pulseroll…
Thank goodness for the Pulseroll massage gun and vibration foam rollers. I used to avoid the gym and weight training as my muscles hurt SO much that I was out of action for a few days. Since using the products after my workout, I have recovered so much quicker. They are amazing and especially using the foam roller for legs - a gamechanger!! The gun is small, and I take it everywhere even on planes and trains to help ease tension from travel.
