Pulseroll on recommendation
I ordered what I wanted upon a recommendation from a friend. The purchasing process was very easy to use and the delivery was made on the appointed day. Would have been 5 stars but for the fact that the “rate your experience” mail was sent prior to goods being received. The Pulseroll itself is easy to use, good instructions and seems to be beneficial.

Disappointed
First of all I ordered a red pulse roll on my order it said it was black . I emailed pulseroll to check the colour and was told there was a problem with the getting a black one and I would be sent a red one, would I like to continue with the order? I said yes as long as it’s a red pulse roll. I got my order confirmation the courier had problems and it was sent back to the depot. I reached out to pulse roll to help with this 4 days later no communication from them and still no pulse roll. I emailed them to chase what was happening, I was then told it was dispatched that day. No empathy or understanding was shown. I have received my order today and it’s black. A little thing like the colour would not normally bother me but the customer service has been disappointing to say the least. Customer service is everything! It helps to keep repeat custom.

Bought a pulseroll and charge the device for the whole day, won’t turn on or not working at all. Emailed the customer service to notify the fault, but no one responded.

Had to get a new pulseroll after 2 years defective battery
Had to get a new pulseroll after 2 years due to defective battery, customer services offered a healthy discount however this does not overcome the issue that their batteries are not interchangeable and are build to last 2 years max

Have used and swear by the vibrating roller for years now. It's brilliant! I have also just purchased the cyclone pro compression socks and absolutely love them!! Incredible for recovery, feel like a different man!

They’ve gone into liquidation
£280 of Pro massage gun stopped working after 2yrs and very little use. And a quick check on Companies House shows they’ve gone into liquidation… so we’re screwed!
UPDATE 18/04/24: standard reply from Pulseroll, and I'd already emailed you yesterday. Kyle has asked me to send a short video of the problem and proof of purchase. Why? You don't offer a repair service and you've gone into liquidation... so what are you going to do about my broken massage gun? Simple answer... nothing!!

I'm a retailer and sell the Pulseroll range this is a quality product with a great range of equipment to help you with you're injuries or revitalise you aching muscles. I just starting using the Cylcone Pro myself for my legs to help Rejuvenate, Recover from a calf muscle problem in both legs and wow do they really help yes they do I use it for 45 minutes and the feel in my legs all over is so much better, try it you won't be disappointed

Poor customer service
Had a vibrating foam roller that had not been used for 6+ months and contacted them as I had lost the charger. Told it would be fine so purchased a new charger and it didn’t work. Then told unless I can produce a receipt they cannot help but just offer a small discount off a new one. So purchased a useless charger feeling conned and I guess just another bit of e-waste now for recycling.
