Ordered a product at a convention which was due to be delivered in around 3 weeks. After a couple of weeks I changed my mind and requested a refund, told it would take 5-7 working days. 2 weeks later I was told they need to pay it directly into my account so provided details. After another week I called and was told it would be done "today or tomorrow". A week later and still no refund. Absolute shambles!

This is my fourth Pulseroll product and and they really are the best sports massage devices out there. Excellent quality and I believe in the company and Paul.

Great customer service, extremely efficient delivery. The packaging alone lets you know this product will be top quality. The heated head although its summer is so soothing after an active session training or any physical activity. This will be amazing with existing and new clients as a way to encourage their recovery and limit those pesky doms. Highly recommended

The Pulseroll is excellent and robust product we recently ordered additional attachments for it and they were delivered within three working days.. Well Done Pulseroll.

All I can say is the Pulserol mat arrived on time, my son is enjoying the product.

Best minigun on the market. Love all their products but this is a game changer with the heated attachment!

low build quality, they start off almost silent and get progressively louder and louder after relatively light usage. ends up being far too loud to use while watching tv. They replace them on warranty but its wasteful to just keep replacing them after less than a year. im on my fourth one in three years and its already getting annoying loud.

Pulseroll is a product I regret buying. After sales is none existence. I would advise to look for another brand.

Purchase on website was easy , but to have the actual product in your hands is a hassle especially when delivered by parcel force, Purchase placed on 8th today is 13th i didn't received it.

I bought a Pulseroll as have lots of muscle issues very acute going on months. I have Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and getting lots of very painful cramp in legs, feet. On first using Pulseroll I thought it was a bit too much on lowest setting for a short space of time. However now, I find I'm able to use it ok, it definitely helps my circulation and eases my personal issues down. Especially at night before bed. I would though stress my personal experience and check with GP etc over health issues/pain first we are all different. I feel a lesser setting still needed, as all attachments, speeds full out not at all gentle, the small ones hard to use. I find turning it on/off tricky as got hand issues. Battery last ages, but I don’t use it daily, or longer then 15 mins at a time not in one body area I stress. I cannot use this on back of hand as manual shows as way too much vibration, it is too much, I am boney not muscular now, no padding age, muscle loss. I feel more design of attachments needed, some lesser attacking power to be perfect to use more on fingers, hands, get into smaller areas where tension is held. I bought it by a recommendation from a user for her pain. It is more help then not having it. For fit healthy muscular folk, it will be hugely beneficial. I would say try it, overall I am pleased with it
