Bonus cap killed my winnings
Loaded 650 Australian dollars on the 18th of June, claimed what looked like a proper welcome bonus that mentioned no deposit match limit in the first few lines, started playing Sugar Rush mostly. After about five days of grinding through the wagering requirement, I had built my balance up to 1,840 Australian dollars and thought I was in a decent spot. Went to cash out and that's when I found the fine print buried in section four: maximum withdrawal from bonus funds was capped at 500 Australian dollars, which meant 1,340 Australian dollars of what I thought was mine just vanished from my account like it never existed. I shot off a message to support asking if there was any way around this since the bonus terms weren't exactly clear on the landing page, and they sent back a template response within two hours confirming yes, the cap was always there and I should have read the full conditions, which felt pretty tone deaf given that I'd already lost most of a day's work in wages just trying to understand what happened. The interface itself is smooth enough and doesn't lag, but knowing the money was never actually mine, just locked behind a ceiling I didn't agree to, still sits wrong with me. Won't be coming back.
