Purchased a Pulsar VPS about 3 months ago and haven’t had any issues.
I tested the support response time and was able to get a response back within the same day.

awful, we went down, this is no kind of service, no warning, no backups, disappeared without a trace, never use them - looks like a grift.

Unreliable provider, bad communication
Unreliable provider. Purchased, and paid services (VPS) get offline, official website unreachable for week(s) ago. No official annoucement, information about their current status. Not communicate with their clients. Technically they are "disappeared". I can't recommend any services related with them.
If I not wrong, previously the same group, people operated the "ReviveHost" also, which disappeared similar way, without notifications.

Worst service!
You can’t close account. You can just terminate service,but they still charge your card and it’s not possible to delete it.

I made the payment, but the server was never delivered. On top of that, their support team doesn’t respond at all. This feels unprofessional and unreliable. I do not recommend this service based on my experience.

Pulsar67 allowed VPS DOWN for 3 days++
Pulsar67 is a new company formed after the failure of their previous venture, ReviveHost (as discussed on LowEndTalk). Tren*** mentioned that this time, things would be handled differently, and based on that assurance, I decided to give them a chance and signed up for a quarterly VPS package.
However, after just one month of usage, the VPS experienced a three-day outage (from 21/06/2025 to 24/06/2025). Allowing a VPS to remain down for such an extended period is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the reliability of their service.
Since I opted for a quarterly plan, I understand that refunds are not typically offered. However, given the extended downtime and poor service quality, I believe a refund for the unused portion of the subscription is warranted.

My report about the VPS downtime was submitted on 24 June 2025, but Pulsar67 only responded on 19 February 2026. That’s an eight-month delay for an issue involving a VPS outage. I had already moved on and stopped expecting a response.
