i ordered like 3 weeks ago and still nothing only one item and not even a shipping email I contacted the support team got an email saying it would be shipped on Monday and its already the NEXT Monday contacted them again and not one word 23 bucks down the drain never ordering from here again

I ordered mine 7 days ago on September 18 and still nothing. I spent like 50 bucks and can’t do a refund.

It’s been 4 days and it should of showed some type of update but nothing

I haven’t had the best experience, everytime i order anything it almost takes two weeks to even get anything. When there shipping stuff normally says a couple days for processing and a couple more to be shipped, depends the shiping option you choose. But jve been waiting almost two weeks just for a order, let alone to customer service is horrible. When you have a issue normally you contact customer service to get help, but when contacting them don’t expect a reply or anything back.. they simply don't reply. I requested a refund because i had already gotten the product i needed from somewhere else. I understand if your out of the item, but at least make it unavailable so customers don’t waste there time and money. Plus let alone they take forever to restock anything.

Still hasn’t shipped after 8 days, I’ve emailed them 3 times about it with no reply

I’ve basically only had good experiences at this online store. Restocking takes forever and the help desk is a bit delayed but other than that they employ outside apps such as Shop and Route that make it extremely easy to track an order. They have fair prices as well as discrete shipping and billing. A typical order is processed, shipped and arrives within the span of less than a week.

This site is usually good but right now it’s not going good. Customer service is not responding to the multiple emails I sent about my package being extremely late. I ordered this package over a week ago but it’s not even on the way , it hasn’t even been processed

Great store but they take too long to ship out orders. I get that there is a high volume of orders but I’ve seen one of my orders go 11 days without being shipped until the 12th day
