I’ve carefully read through various reviews. I’m just starting to promote my books and have realized how difficult it is. These guys are doing what is, I suppose, heroic work on behalf of us writers. That’s why I’m grateful to them.

As a first time publisher i am very happy how support team guided and cleared my doubts, how patient they are with me and their encouragement. With the teams help am looking forward to publishing my first book.

"I have been forced to downgrade my account due to this company’s total failure to perform. I paid for a high-capacity plan for over 60 days, I followed through with their directions yet they failed to move even a single book through to distribution.in a period of over two
whole months.

The review process is a broken loop of contradictory instructions. Support explicitly requested image corrections, but their automated system then flagged those exact corrections as a mismatch. Despite providing high-resolution scientific data, the human intervention promised was non-existent.

They are quick to collect monthly fees but appear allegedly incapable of providing professional-grade distribution speed. My suggestion is don't do business with them. If you value your time and intellectual property, be aware that you may be stuck in a bot-loop for months with zero results.

Absolute SCAM company. They are currently withholding around $5,000 in royalties and refuse to provide any legitimate proof of payment. We have confirmed with our bank that no money was ever sent. They ignore all follow-up emails and legal notices. Save your time, your books, and your money, stay as far away from PublishDrive as possible.

PublishDrive made global distribution simple and efficient. The dashboard is clear, and the process was smooth from start to finish. I am very satisfied!

PublishDrive has many false claims.

To begin with, their turnaround time of five days is false.
They get back to you much later than five days.

At this time, should you be given a survey from them and report them in bad light, they will deny your ability to go forward by false claims of pre-existing "Similar works" where there are none.

This is a retaliation against the negative review you give them, and they will proceed to stone wall the advance of your work. This is pathetic and tragic.

Asked to provide proof of their false statements, they do not provide any such proof, but maintain a stonewalling, in retaliation for your negative review of their performance.

The behavior of PublishDrive is so strange that you wonder if there is a systematic problem here, and begin to wonder if they are a legiitimate business.

Well, you go to better business bureau and find out for yourself. They have an F Rating. BBB report them to be problematic and unresponsive.

Then AI shows you all these other reviews on Reddit, showing the exact same problems I have been having. Very slow to respond, very poor customer service, and false flags of there being prior work similiar to this when there are none.

I can verify all of these problems and would point anyone to Better Business Bureau files on PublishDrive receiving an F rating.

I took advantage of the yearend 2025 sale to buy a high-level plan and transfer all my books over from Amazon and D2D. I loved PublishDrive at first. So easy to use. Then in February everything got stuck in molasses. Book approvals take weeks, not the stated five days. Some seem permanently stuck until I file a complaint.

And that's just the start. After approval, they go quickly to Amazon and the ebooks to a few other online retailers--and then stop. The paperbacks go to Amazon and stop. Nothing--not even books I uploaded six weeks ago--had made it to Ingram. There has been no notification of a problem getting my books into Ingram. There's just not getting there.

Even the website itself goes into periods of painful slowness. My guess is that they're having staffing problems and work is backing up for however many employees remain. My research tells me this was an understaffed company to begin with.

I had book set up for March 3 release as an ebook and paperback.After a week or so passed without approval of either version, I still has a couple of weeks left to release date. I was getting nervous and pulled it from PublishDrive and entered into Draft2Digital. The ebook was approved the next morning and started showing up immediately in online stores. (I had forgotten to set the March 3 release date but wasn't concerned about it getting out right away.)

Something is definitely wrong at PublishDrive and am confused bout what to do next, since I'm stuck in an expensive yearlong commitment.

I’ve had such a great experience with PublishDrive. The platform itself is easy to use and makes the whole publishing and distribution process feel much less stressful. But what really made the difference for me was their customer service.

Ana Vehovec has been absolutely amazing — truly the best customer care I’ve experienced. She’s always friendly, patient, and quick to help whenever I had questions or needed support. You can tell she genuinely cares and wants to make things easier for authors.

It’s rare to find this level of kindness and professionalism, and it made my experience with PublishDrive even more positive. I definitely recommend them, especially knowing there’s someone like Ana there to support you.

Please be aware about this fraud service.

They hid the sales data for my daughter's book 'Twilight'.
After catching them and proving the case after many follow up. They accepted the data is not provided due to some techinacal gap in their software and it's been 6 months still excuse given is that technical gap doesn't allow them to provide correct sales data and not giving due roylaty payment.
Refused to remove the book from shelf imeediately due to obvious trust issues and not refunding payment taken for the promised service which never happened.
Only one customer service person Reny responds after few days only and no contact to reach them at all.
It's all fraud service here !! Please be aware and do not trust the service. This was the worst experience you can ever imagine.
