I ordered 2 different mystery packs from them and there were a number of issues:

- Shipping took a long time and was well over the timeline stated and I had no response through their email when I followed up. I finally got a response after I commented on their Facebook post. Even then, then the shipping still took a long time. I ordered on Jan 19th and received my order Feb 10th - it however wasn’t shipped until Feb 4th.

- I ordered 2 different kinds of mystery packs and one of them says on the site that you could get Japanese cards instead of English, which is fine, but the other didn’t state that and all the pictures were of English cards and I ended up with Japanese cards in that pack too. So basically two orders of Japanese cards which I wasn’t expecting and one of the bundles literally had 4 copies of the same common card.

- I sent a message in our Facebook messaging thread we had and they apologized and offered to “make it right” and then silence for 2 days, so I followed up and they offered a discount code, but didn’t provide it, so I followed up after a week and radio silence. Their last response to me was 2 weeks ago.

Straight and to the point on products with great detailed descriptions.

I think if you’re looking for a valuable and worthy mystery graded card, whether it’s vintage or modern, they have you covered. I enjoy the mystery and I look forward to seeing what I get. P.S.: can you pack my order on YouTube - and just so you know my favorite Pokemon is Gengar !!!!My birthday is coming on march 12th and hopefully it arrives around there. But I’ll be ordering more before then!!!

Great service,great delivery time arrived safely packed. I bought the 10 card god pack had some great pulls i only just started collecting again so no idea if any are any good but I had loads fun opening them and they will make a great addition to my collection.i will definitely buy from them again 10/10

Website is very easy to navigate and new members are openly welcome from the second I appeared on the page. Love the mission statement and organized categories.
