Musste dann Paypal am letzten Tag wo der Käuferschutz galt einschalten. Und habe dann durch Paypal jetzt am 16. März mein Geld wieder bekommen.

The noseband has some pulled threads/stitching and I sent email asking how to exchange/return and haven't gotten a response.

I ordered a bridle where the parts did not stay in place. Making a complaint has been really slow and customer service has taken several days to respond to one message, which they themselves do not contact if you ask. The quality of the bridle was poor and the forehead band did not stay in place.

The socks are wonderful but the wording of the “ 3 for 2” offer was terrible. They did the old bait and switch. I thought I was fulfilling their requirements for this promotion and then got a single pair of socks, no invoice. (??) I contacted them and customer service quickly replied. “Oh no, you had to buy 3 pairs of socks at $39 each and the price of the 3rd would be removed at checkout.” No, I couldn’t use the $39 pair I just bought as part of the offer, I had to buy 3 more (!?) I did and now have more socks than I wanted and am out the over-price of the first pair. Nice socks but not worth $39/pair. The 3 for 2 is a good offer. How about you explain it better?

I would give zero stars if I could regarding customer service. They are useless and usually take 6-10 days to get back to you with useless info. I love psos saddle pads and so does my horse but I truly hate giving psos one red cent of my cash.

The shipping took quite a couple of days, but it was shipped from Sweden to Germany. Both ordered Pads look great, color and quality. Unfortunately the materials seems to be a little slippery, as it makes my saddle slip back what it usually doesn’t. Therefore only four stars.

I bought the fleece rug in 135cm, it’s too big but my mare is still growing so we will be able to utilize it over the next few years. The quality of this rug is impeccable. I will 100% be a repeat customer. You don’t find this type of quality in the USA.

Wirklich alle Produkte sind unfassbar von toller Qualität, Langlebigkeit, absoluten stylischen Design. Ob es nun für mein Pferd oder auch für mich ist ich habe jetzt gerade ein komplettes Turnier Outfit für die kommende Saison bestellt und es ist einfach wunderschön. Ich bleibe euch unglaublich treu.
