This is a complete scam! I have been trying for over a year to get my refund. I continue to receive the exact same email and response: “Something went wrong on our end. Can you try again later?” I would love to sue this company. If anyone has ever taken legal action, I would love to know how you have done it.

The product only works for 70% of the population. I fall in the 30 % that it does not which was told me be by a representative (2 months of call and emailing). It took me two-months to get the shipping address and promised for a refund. While they constantly pushed, they can help me with services that I did not want. I return the product and not refund only a promise for services I do not want. They do not honor their guarantee and they are poor to non existent communicators. They do not care about the guarantee. I have no money after 5 months of consistently emails and calling and letter writing. They are a scam

This is a scam that sells overpriced turmeric supplements as a weight loss product. I can confirm that every bottle they sent me only contains turmeric and black pepper capsules.

There is nothing constructive to say about this product. I took Prozenith for 2 months with no results. This product does NOT work!! Not sure how they got Oprah to promote something like this.

Don’t buy company is not truthful I sent the entire product back. I emailed Laura and was told to wait 15 days they received it 10/22 no refund yet I

This is a scam company. Beware. I returned the products-they now have the products and my money. When I call, they say they have no record of my order. So sad a company could treat people this way.

Complete and total SCAM. I have been trying for over 6 weeks to help my mom get her money refunded. The product that was sent to her was not as advertised so it was returned within 24 hours of her receiving it. The return was received by their returns department (they have confirmed this) in August and told her the refund would be processed within 30 days. That has not happened and getting a response of any value is a joke.
1 - The ingredients listed on the bottle were not the ingredients listed on the website OR as described in the advertising video. What was received was basically 100% an ingredient that was not even mentioned on the website or in the advertising.
2 - This company uses manipulated media from the Oprah podcast on YouTube in their advertising. It's clever, but easily spotted if you know what you are looking for. They make it look like Ms Winfrey is promoting their product and that is simply NOT the case. The podcast episode they are coveting does not even mention this product, or the so called "pink salt trick." I watched the actual podcast episode from start to finish.
3 - Their product may be manufactured in an FDA-registered facility, it is by no means “FDA approved,” as boldly stated on their website. This is according to the FDA. Their product is not in their database at all.
4 - "Laura" from Customer Service cannot possible be a real human. All responses to emails have occurred within minutes of my mom's email being sent to them, and one of this emails was rather lengthy. Initially I thought they were responding with scripted replies, but now I am convinced it is AI, or something similar.
5 - This company is a prime example of everything that is wrong with the supplement industry. They have no moral compass and should be ashamed that they have built a business off of taking advantage of people's trust and scamming them out of their money.

I am only giving one star because zero stars is not an option. I purchased Prozenith and have had no results after two months. My request for a refund has been met with insistence that I will see results if I stick with it or offers of coaching in lieu of a refund. I am not happy with the product or the responses to my request for a refund.

I tried this product for over 30 days with absolutely NO results.I have sent 3 emails and made one phone call where I was told I would hear back from the company either by phone or email. Heard back. Called again today and was given a different email which I sent today and it bounced back. I should be receiving a full refund but I am being ghosted.

The product didn’t work for me and am trying to return with no viable response from the vendor.
I have emailed the link from the order email and have had no response except for a tracking link.
I have called the number in the email and was told to email.
I have called the number for Cartpanda and got a recording and dead line after waiting 20 minutes.
I emailed Cartpanda with no response.
Their marketing is predatory. They get you to purchase by giving assurance that you can return the product for a full refund. Unfortunately, there is no one to respond if you try to contact them.

The male who answered my call and took my order attempted to get me to buy other products "that help it work better" and when I asked him a question he quickly said he had another call and had to hang up. I should have known better. When I tried to call back to talk with him I was told he was "busy at the moment." He never did return my call. WHAT A SCAM. THIS PRODUCT DID NOTHING FOR ME AFTER # MONTHS OF USE EXCEPT CAUSE GAS!

This company is marketing this item via AI generated endorsements. After listening to “Opah” and seeing her results, I decided to try it- based ON WHAT Oprah spoke of in the video. Very soon after the purchase I located many articles from Oprah vehemently denying her endorsements. I called the company back 30 minutes after the order was placed and they refused to cancel. Offered me a 38% return for the product.
Apple sided with them! I cannot figure out why?
