Proximity Coach Travel Anmeldelser

I had paid for a 34 seater coach to take us all to Twickenham to watch the Premiership Final and we got upgraded to a 48 seater coach so we all had plenty of space onboard which made it a lot better for everybody having plenty of space on the way down and on the way back up.

Good service from Matt who I dealt with a lot from Proximity Coach Travel. Plus they were the cheapest company for the coach which was an extra bonus beating other coach company's from £100.00 - £600.00.

Will certainly use again.

We used Proximity Coach Travel for all of the transportation during our Icelandic National Golf Teams' training camp in England, and the service was exceptional from start to finish.

From the initial planning stages, the team was incredibly responsive, professional, and flexible. They were always quick to answer questions, accommodate changes, and help us find the best transport solutions for our groups.

Every transfer ran exactly as planned. The coaches were comfortable, punctual, and spotlessly clean, and the drivers were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

Coordinating transport for multiple national teams travelling with large suitcases, carry-on luggage, and golf bags is no small task, but Proximity Coach Travel made the entire process effortless.

We were so impressed with the service that we've already booked Proximity Coach Travel again for this year's training camp. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and high-quality coach transport.

Thank you to the entire Proximity Coach Travel team—we look forward to working with you again!

This was a school trip for 70 people, from Bath to Oxford. A fantastic and successful day.
Matt from Proximity Travel provided us with professional, prompt, and top-notch service from start to finish. He arranged high-quality vehicles for all the students. Despite some unexpected last-minute issues, Matt helped us and took great care of us. He demonstrated great flexibility and understanding. The booking process itself was smooth, quick and hassle-free.
The entire service was excellent and professional. We will definitely use the company's services again. Particularly noteworthy was the efficient communication with the office and the driver. Our entire school trip was well-organized, with a comfortable, convenient, and clean coach. We thank you for your service and attentiveness to our needs.
Students and teachers reported positive interactions with the bus driver. He was very helpful, flexible, and courteous. The driver was punctual and ensured a comfortable and safe journey.

Service is 11/10. Will definitely use again. Thank you for your Service.

Great cooperation, very professional, the company helped us quickly resolve the problem with a replacement bus. We look forward to further cooperation. Petra, School Tours company, The Czech Republic.

We were a group of 54 who had travelled to Blackpool from Fife and looking for a coach to take us to Manchester and back on Saturday for a football tournament at Old Trafford. The cost was extremely reasonable which is very important for a grassroots football team. Service was excellent. Communication before and after from Matt was excellent. Our drivers were very helpful and professional and the coach was comfortable and clean. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank you.

We booked a bus transport for our family group (25 persons in total) from NCL airport to Kendal and transport back four days after. Quite big group of polish family ( adults and children) traveling for wedding. It was important to have direct transport after we landed in England - and backward - to be on time at the airport. Everything was exactly as we agreed even when the pick up time for back trip was on Sunday 05:30 am - driver was actually in place at 05:00. I’m glad that I chose Proximity and will recommend it in future.

Whit Friday Marches

We had the lovely Rachel drive us around for the Whit Friday Brass Band Contest in Saddleworth. This was our first time using this company and the service from start to finish was exceptional.

Rachel and Proximity Travel went above and beyond to make our trip a success. They even facilitated a coach size upgrade (which we requested less than 12 hours before!) on what must be one of the busiest days of the year for coaches in Oldham 😅 - impressive!

Thank you for a stress free experience - we’ll definitely use this company again! 💪🏼

This is the second time in using Matt at Proximity Travel. Our event this time was bigger than the previous, with over 400 guests and 150 staff members that required travel.
Matt approached the brief with great professionalism.
All communication from Matt was clear with driver details provided before the event.
Matt managed the whole event with great patience and care, he took away the stress and offered clear cut solutions to all my last minute curve balls!
Although this was the second time working with Proximity Travel, Matt organised a pre event meeting to walk the site, to re-familiarise.

Thank you Matt and your team and Proximity Travel for helping our event work seamlessly!

I am a wedding planner and yesterday I had a coach company cancel on me last minute in the middle of a wedding. I was super busy all day running the wedding so quickly Whatsapped Proximity and they replied straight away saying they could help ( even on a Sunday when the person I messaged was out eating a Sunday roast!). Within minutes I received a quote and payment link so the wedding guests had transport home after the wedding and I was a VERY relieved wedding planner. Throughout the evening the driver communicated with me so I was assured the coach would be on time, and then a message to say he had arrived ( 30 mins early) and then another to say he had all the guests and was off to their destination. I cannot express how grateful I am and just how impressed with the exceptional customer service from this company. If only all companies were this good, the world would be a better and happier place! Thank you so much for just being amazing and VERY reasonably priced at such short notice! ( Hope the Sunday roast was good and I shall definitely be recommending you to everyone). Best wishes. Lucy

Second time working with proximity coach travel and I would book them again.!!! Matt is always available to chat anytime and l appreciate how the drivers always get to the pick up points on time.
The coach is always extra clean and luxurious
Always a pleasure working with Matt!!

Very impressed with proximity coach travel. As a school having to hire a coach to get us to our cricket finals all the local companies we usually deal with were fully booked. Thankfully from the first phone call with Matt it was all really easy. We got our quote, the bus was really nice and modern. Our drivers got us there safe and sound and were on time and kind and considerate. Would happily recommend them and will be using them again when the need arises.

Our first time in Manchester and we talked with the team at Proximity Coach Travel. They made it super easy to have a driver that fit all 11 of us. Friendly. Great time. Easy button for a the weekend and helped us plan some some additional nice stops for the group. Thank you team!!!

Fantastic customer service, excellent quality coach & courteous drivers! I used Proximity Coach Travel to get my guests to and from a trade show and would highly recommend them. Will definitely use this company for all future events.

We recently had a trip from Portsmouth to Burton on Trent over 2 days. From the minute we were given the driver Emily’s details the experience was truly professional and extremely well organised. Emily was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. She went above and beyond and everyone of the 40 passengers commented on the fantastic experience provided by Emily. We would definitely use the company again and choose Emily as our driver if she was available.

Holly was great taking my call when I enquired and got back to me so so quickly with a quote - within 15 minutes.

Matt was brilliant! Super efficient, friendly, helpful and again so quick to confirm details and book my request.

Outstanding service - thank you!

Efficient and helpful staff and service. Friendly and punctual drivers.

We used Proximity for our travel to and from Ladies Day at Aintree this year, coach was on time and spotless and came with a toilet which was definitely a blessing! Atta the driver was great with us too.

We will definitely be using Proximity again next year!

Used proximity coach travel for a trip for the grand national, coach was on time for pick up and drop off, driver was very polite and went above and beyond, would 100% use again.

What a driver we had!! No messing about, he was there on time waiting for us after we had finished at the event. Stopped off when ever we asked to get us more drinks and toilet breaks. Absolutely recommend!!
