Great team to work with especially Trevor Goldman!

Every team member is a great collaborator. They listen, they respond in a timely manner, and they consistently deliver. I've really enjoyed working with everyone on their staff and plan to continue working with them in the future.

Everyone has been very helpful with publishing my book, they have done a great job with making the pictures look wonderful.

What makes my experience very good with ProtonTechLab LLC is its personalized service and the ability to reach out to the marketing team and the senior publisher whenever I need assistance. I am a new author, and getting 'discovered' by readers and/or a publishing house is exceedingly tricky. ProtonTechLab has simplified this process in several ways: first, my marketing coordinator reaches out to me if I haven't checked in; second, my marketing coordinator discusses all aspects of any new marketing plan with me, allows me to think about it for a few days, and make a decision; and third, offers me the best price available with a payment plan that works for me. Self-publishing is expensive, no question about it. My marketing coordinator provides information and answers to all my questions before I make any payments so that I can meet my own goals. When I am discouraged, she helps me understand the ups and downs of becoming an author and provides reassurance. The process is slow, but she helps me stay on track with my goals. I can finish my work at my own pace.

My dealing with Celest at Proton Tech Lab was very satisfying. She was communicative and responsive. One of the most important issues for me is having my questions answered promptly and my work done correctly.

I liked most of the support; however, I feel that overall the cost was too expensive for the overall services received. The only persons I communicated with were Celeste and Trevor; however, they were kind.

I contracted with Protontechlab.com, formerly AMZbookspublishers.com, on or about September 21, 2023, to sell five hundred (500) copies of my book, “To Be Loved: Ain’t Gonna Be Denied,” in exchange for my paying Protontechlab.com $9,000.00. I only agreed to this contract based on protontechlab.com’s “money-back guarantee” to sell five hundred (500) copies over a six (6) month duration. There were and are many other vendors who offer to do more to promote and market my book for far less than what Protontechlab.com offered. I only agreed to Protontech's offer because the COO, Mr. Norman Adam, guaranteed selling 500 copies of my book within 6 months. After a couple of extensions that pushed the delivery date beyond sixteen (16) months, Protontechlab.com sold only ten (10) copies of my book. Rather than refund my $9,000.00 due to Protontechlab.com’s breach of contract, I was repeatedly asked to allow for contract extensions. The latest extension expired on December 31, 2024. Based on the foregoing, I demand that Protontechlab.com provide a guaranteed refund of $9,000.00. There is no provision for partial fulfillment of the contract, and therefore, the failure to reach the primary goal of the contract should result in a full refund of the $9,000.00 that I paid Protontechlab.com. However, along with refusing to deliver on the guaranteed sales of my book, Mr. Norman Adams has also refused my refund.

My contact, Norman Adams has been amazingly helpful, supportive, prompt, and reliable throughout a special editing process! I could not be more pleased with the efficient process or the professional results.
