Protein Factory Anmeldelser

Terrible communication regarding shipping and anticipated arrival date. Had to get my cc company involved before I received a correspondence

Been a fan of the "Muscle Shake" protein blend for awhile. Giving the Force 440 a go this time around as well.
Easy to read website, easy to place your order, pick your shipping method....couldn't be easier.
always recommend the Protein Factory to friends.

I was disappointed that on the website it reported free shipping but when I placed my order, which was over $150.00, I was charged $5.99 for shipping.

The website is easily accessible and there are plenty of products to choose from plus an excellent rundown of how to use the products and analysis of how they work. I would have given a five star rating if not for the above complaint.

Best supplements
Always on Point
Best CEO

I just love your products.

There is one exception though...
This page on your website: ".../best-whey-protein/"
(I couldn't put the full link above because it isn't allowed)

It states,
"Before I teach you exactly why you & anyone smart should ONLY INGEST Protein With A Supplement Facts Panel, and how to find the best whey protein, I will boldly state I do own ...Proteinfactory..., yes all my protein has a supplement facts panel."

The above statement needs to be corrected because it just is not a true statement.
Almost all of your protein powders show "Nutritional Facts" and not "Supplemental Facts".

I do like the results that I get from your products, Creatine (Creapure®) & Ion Exchange Whey Protein Isolate, and I will purchase again; I just wanted to point that out because it really bugged me.

The Protein Factory delivers great products that work!
If you want results and you are willing to commit to the supplements and the lifestyle needed for success look know further then the Protein Factory.

I enjoy this company for its high quality protein and supplements. I recommend to spend the extra money on shipping if your not the patient type of person. Otherwise the products arrive on time or sometimes early. Thank you protein factory, and thank you alex rogers for providing me with quality products time and time again.

Excellent products. I really like the results.
One thing, if possible, I would like to see improved upon is quicker turn around on orders. Had a couple of orders stuck in processing for 3 weeks.

The absolute best products on the market and great customer service. There’s no BS, Alex provides information backed up by scientific studies and evidence.

The best protein from the point of absorption and digestibility.

I've always liked Protein Factory service and quality of products, I still do. That said, the Wisconsin Isolate Whey protein must have changed vendors. The powder is visibly different and has a very strange flavor. It tastes like plastic, very noticeable and unusual.

Been using protein factory for over 10 years now. Alex truly is maverick and this brand will not disappoint.

Best products with fast reliable service.

Protein Factory has the best products on the market! Keep up the great work!

Fantastic CEO and quality products. Can’t go wrong ordering from Alex

It was great finding clean protein that was emulsifier free (no soy or sunflower lecithin). Contacted the owner with questions I had and he responded promptly with clarity.

Shopped on the ProteinFactory.com web site twice in the last 10 days purchasing 4 supplements & waiting for another one to come back in stock. Always a pleasure doing business with ProteinFactory. Here's why:

• Web site is easy to navigate, from the shopping menu categories to the purchasing process.
• Product info is extensive — product descriptions, articles, book recommendations, videos, podcasts and research studies
• Company CEO hosts the Bodybuilding Supplements podcast & posts videos on TikTok.
• Company CEO is a bodybuilder himself with nearly 25 years experience inventing/formulating supplements
• Company CEO access — Can text/talk with to get questions answered during business hours.
• THEIR PRODUCTS WORK extremely well!

If you're serious about supplements, you shop at ProteinFactory.com — or you should. It's that simple for me.

As a customer for almost 24 years, I can confidently say that PF’s quality, R&D and customer service have always been, and remain, 5 stars and the best in the industry.
