Masks -very comfortable but closure clips are too flimsy -mine broke which made wearing it awkward and less reassuring as I had to tie a knot.
Gloves- too few.
Overshoes- too few as we both went through them very quickly.
Suits- comfortable and good size.
I ordered extra filters at the same time but they were completely the wrong item as the filter needs to be replaced as a unit so I wasted money there. It would have been helpful to have the correct item clearly identified.

The top elastic strap broke on first use of the mask, not constructed well enough

I ordered some essential work equipment, including a Sundström battery, from Protective Masks Direct. Unfortunately, the parcel arrived damaged and the battery was missing. At first, the process was a little stressful due to delays while the courier was investigated. However, I have to give credit to the customer service team – especially Matt – for eventually resolving the issue professionally.

After some communication, they accepted responsibility and sent a replacement battery, which I’ve now received in perfect condition. I appreciate their help in resolving the matter and their willingness to make it right.

Mistakes can happen during shipping, but what matters is how a company handles it. In the end, Protective Masks Direct did the right thing, and I’m grateful for that.
