purchased double protector end of december but only put it on a bed at start of april.
unfortunately there was a small hole in the linen layer so i emaild attaching a pic and response was an immediate apology & replacement in the post.
if you are unlucky enough to have a fault this kind of excellent customer service is appreciated.

Ordered on 23rd Dec with an advertised delivery of 1-3 working days . It’s now 10 days passed and item still not delivered and Royal Mail
Tracking not updated since 31st Dec. Basically I’ve no idea where this item is and requested a refund as the time of need has passed . Had to purchase a quick alternative on the day from a store as it Became clear this it was not arriving in time

Delivered extremely quickly. I haven’t tried the new one yet but if it’s anything like the original one that I had 8 years ago it should be good

Quality product which I have purchased before, 1st time ordering direct though, very easy online and quick delivery.

The ordering process was easy and the goods despatched and delivered on time.

I have already used this product and it has been very reassuring and reliable. The cover on my bed I discovered recently has broken down after about 7 years use for two of us, hence 4 stars. The waterproofing has disintegrated. I have repurchased the same thing because the seams are tight stitch not leaving gaps for anything to penetrate. I do have a fear of bedbugs, never had them and don't want them.

DO NOT BUY THIS PROTECTOR . I bought a king size mattress protector on 14/3/19 which had up to 15 year warranty with proof of purchase. Serial number NC200-C-K150-12-35. It has been laundered as per instructions. It was put on a new Hypnos mattress purchased at the same time & I have receipts which I provided to the company as proof. Unfortunately my husband was ill and ran a fever for 3 days. When i stripped the bed I was dismayed to find huge stains where the backing on the protector had failed. The company has refused to allow a claim on the warranty. It really is very poor customer service . They have not replied directly to me nor have they offered to inspect the bed or pay for a deep clean. This product has failed spectacularly.
