We have no control over that and asked you to call your card company and fix at your end. You then proceeded to call and verbally harass multiple employees. We then
sent payment to you by Paypal even though it would cost us further expenses to send you the amount by PayPal. We have done everything possible to help you.

Package delivery
I noticed that my order was going to take a week+ to arrive after checkout. I messaged them asking if it could be expedited, it was but I wasn't notified so when the package arrived 3 days later I handed it to someone else who was actually expecting a package and they immediately opened it. That was displeasing but it was a great experience barring that.

I have an issue with delivery
I have an issue with delivery. After patiently waiting over three weeks for the FedEx delivery, I contacted customer service for a refund because I had no confidence FedEx could deliver. I paid for express shipping and knew I would never get my money's worth if I simply received a replacement product which was apparently lost by FedEx. After several e-mails with a customer service rep named Colin, I finally provided the original shipping address a third time to satisfy Colin after requesting a refund in every e-mail. I have no idea if this product works.
10/1/21- In response to the reply, it is completely incorrect to suggest the product was lost at my address. The product was never delivered to my home. This is not the first FedEx product that was never delivered while FedEx claimed it was. This is why I wanted a refund because I had no faith in FedEx's ability to deliver as I expressed to Colin. Nothing I apparently shared with Colin was taken seriously. If the only solution to cover FedEx issues is to blame the customer, then I am offended. Apparently, the solution is to replace the product, blame the customer, and ignore the product was never delivered on time. I guess I should be grateful if that is the best I should expect.
