As a Senior with a large amount of saved papers,documents, letters, contracts and correspondence I was very concered that I might be a victim of some fraud if not disposed properly. PROSHRED IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO!! My office sales Rep. was very patient and helpful. He discussed my needs and arranged the perfect situation,
date and time for me. The
truck was scheduled, it was on time, the driver/tech was also awesome. He finished quickly and it was seemless.

Personnel was responsive
Personnel was responsive, I received a call just to let me know that they received my request. Elaine was friendly and professional, pickup was on time, worker was helpful and friendly. Very nice operation!

Awesome experience!
Customer service was great! Immediate response to request for a quote. Polite and respectful employees from first phone call to the driver who arrived promptly at my driveway and helped my husband load the documents and allowed me to watch as they were shredded. Excellent experience. I would definitely use them again.

Highly recommend!
Fast response to phone calls. Drivers for initial drop off and first shredding service were very professional and friendly. I chose PROSHRED for their residential service.

Polite and efficient
The people who did the shredding arrived on time and were very polite. The removed the material from our office without making a disruption and were very efficient. They shredded the boxes of material in their truck under our watchful eyes.
