Purchased Cofra Summit S3 safety boots, after 3 months they failed. Warranty claim still not resolved after 5 months. Absolute shambles. Find yourself another supplier.

Really pleased on delivery partners delivered your item on time Richard! Thanks for the business.
Outstanding customer service
Great prices, quick delivery and when an item was supplied in the wrong size the customer service was great, it’s so refreshing these days as this level of service is sadly lacking in most companies. All resolved in a day. Thanks Paul

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for your feedback and can understand your comments and frustration.
We had two issues with your order, one being the item was temporarily out of stock, and two, when your order was dispatched, Royal Mail lost your parcel. This was highly frustrating and hardly ever happens.
As with any orders in this case, we immediately replaced with a replacement and dispatched out.
Unfortunately once Royal Mail collect items from us they are archived as completed and were not aware you had not received your delivery.
Royal Mail are normally extremely reliable with deliveries however on this occasion you were let down.
Thank you for your honest feedback and will work to resolve these issues in the future.

Hi Jason,
Thanks for your feedback on your order. I can see you order took longer than expected to arrive and for this I apologise.
Our stock is shared between our online and trade teams and on occasion stock is oversold with new stock normally arriving a short time later.
I can see this was longer than normal for your order.
Sorry for the delay.
