Based in Colchester, Essex, we supply & build for platforms including VAG 1.8T, 2.0T FSI, VR6/R32, SR20DET, 2JZ-GTE, Honda B/D/K, & Ford Ecoboost. Our in-house manufactured components — including billet steel main caps, I-beam and H-beam connecting rods, girdle kits, and billet crank pulleys — are designed and built to exceed the demands of high-power, high-revving motorsport applications. We stock premium-brand forged pistons, connecting rods, valvetrain, and engine management from JE, Supertech, Wiseco, ZRP, ARP, ECUMaster, and Renegade Race Fuels. Whether you are building a 600hp 1.8T, a full-spec SR20 drag engine, or a reliable daily-driven performance build — Pro-Race Engineering has the parts, expertise, and built engine packages to get you there. Excellent service and communication
I really like prorace engineering as a company they seem to be into a bit of everything. I had a wee mishap fitting the steel insert in my gearbox input shaft and they went out there way to help get me up a going again, the communication was first class. Keep up the good work!

Engine build drive in drive out service. Top quality service ! Simon is very helpful & his customer service along with his workmanship is second to none. He brought me upto speed on every step of the build process ! Any issues he found , he was prompt to let me know. Simon has really good eye for detail and very thorough with his work. I have no doubt this engine will produce very strong power figures 💪🏻 for years to come.
I had been planning my engine build with Stacey over Facebook & various emails for a year. Stacey was very reassuring and answering all my questions promptly and gave me confidence.
Reading the reviews that are negative put me off initially. But I can safely say with confidence, that I am very grateful and made the correct decision to have Pro race engineering build my engine.
