They are a scam firm. After completing their Phase 1 Program, they send me email that I have violated IP rules and send me their Singapore company IP, which I never used.
In fact I only used one network that is my cellular network.

It's a waste of time to trade with them, that's all I want to say.

The Worst Prop Firm and worst support team ever yesterday i claimed a account of 5k through coupon, and after that the account was removed within 24hrs, then i opened a support ticket on there discord server and just asked why you removed the account, what was the problem and then the support person said "WHO ARE YOU TO DECIDE THE RULES, WE CAN DO WHATEVER WE WANT IT, IT'S OUR PROP FIRM YOU DON'T OWN IT" Like what is wrong with the support team i just asked for help.
I Would request traders to do not trust this prop firm if any issue happens to you in future then they're just gonna say "IT'S OUR PROP FIRM YOU DONT OWN IT"

I just passed my phase 1 Evaluation I didn't receive another account, no place to reach out to support, no assistance from the support on discord, just dull, null and void prop firm. Please don't waste your time on it unless you want to have a heart attack. If they settle me and do the needful until I withdraw from their prop, I will come here and edit this review and give them 5 stars

Worst prop firm I have ever seen in my trading journey. Yesterday they posted in discord group about free 5k challenge which is of 1 day and there are many terms and conditions which the traders are unable to do. Average lot size consistency and many more. How can someone make 5% in a 1 day with these rules. Totally gambling According to me. Running useless promotions for traders in discord. Don't waste time in such a useless prop firm and its better to purchase a account with the good prop firm.

KYC is taking time to verify for more than 38 hours

Extremely disappointing experience as a tenant with Firm Capital.

I have been dealing with ongoing and serious issues in my apartment that have not been properly resolved despite repeated requests for help. The most concerning problem has been a persistent mechanical or plumbing noise that occurs daily, including at night, making the unit extremely uncomfortable to live in. Its been 37 days of this issue, still not resolved, and still do not know the route cause of where the noise is coming from.

Worst propfirm. I saw free 5k account giveaway and I uploaded my kyc details and now it's been 5 days still my kyc is still pending

Don't waste your time in this bs prop firm, don't even take their free challenge. All they do this waste our time.

Good:
- I was paid out the first time, thanks for this payout.
- payout is done in a couple of days, a lot of firms take longer
- Support normally answers in a reasonable time

Bad:
- I purchsed a challenge with 50% profit split for first payout. After I purchased it, they changed it to 25%, so I got only 25% profit split. But this was not what I initially purchased
- Spreads are higher then on other firms
- My second payout was denied with the reason that I did news trading on an all day news event. I checked before their own news calendar they have in their platform and it did not show a news event during this time, only later at that they. Now they start refering to other news calenders which are not in their platform and not mentioned in their FAQ
- On the Website they still write on the start page that they support HFT, but in the FAQ they write that they have stoped supporting it.
- One support question was never answered

It's a very my company I wasted time with them in their faq they say that the benefits more than 2% in a day will be removed it's not true I got more than 2% in a day I contacted their support directly they told me the same thing but after passing my evaluation in 2 step I didn't receive the funded account they sent me an email that tells me that I failed the challenge because of this 2% limit so I don't recommend this company and you don't lose your Time Like me

This propfirm is really disgusting and I don’t even want to sugar coat it, as at first I was given a retake on my phase two and yes I understood why they gave me that excuse as I made more than 2% within that one day fine…. I managed to get funded with them then came my first payment date and guess what my payment was not issued to me with no valid reason and tried emailing them trying to find out why they declined the payment and I never got feed back and well decided to let it slide as it was much …. Fine second payment has to be issued to me guess what excuses after excuses again saying I have multiple accounts and I broke the gambling n martingale rule whereas I have never exceeded 0.05 trading gold on one position and have never added any kind of positions too my losing trades what’s so ever …. So I can never and will never recommend this propfirm in any shape or form as it has been by far the WORST firm I’ve ever worked with after 4years in the business of firms

The worst and disgusting prop firm i ever seen i've done 2 phase and wait 4day and look what they say :

After reviewing your application, we have determined that it does not meet the necessary criteria set forth by PROP FIRM CAPITAL for this challenge.

If there was a Star less than 1 I would give it to this Firm, It was the worst prop firm I have ever come across.

I have successfully completed both 2 Phases and was waiting to complete the 4 day Attandance, and ended up being disqualied for no reason. It was quite waste of time.

Even the persons on the help line are not Helpful they just blame it on you.
