Property Solutions Group Anmeldelser

As a first-time buyer, I sincerely appreciate Joshua Burr's help in navigating the paperwork and for his prompt responses. Thank you so much for it.

Arena property solutions were absolutely a 101%. When above and beyond what was expected and would certainly use them again rather than any other agent. They were excellent.

Joshua Burr has provided an excellent service and has always answered questions quickly

Would give a Minus If i could!!

Reduced the value of my property sale from 390 to below 330 to get leads!!

when asked to remove this sale and all listings (which they confirmed) its can still be found by other companies!!

A poor marketing tactic of theirs knocked the value of my house by almost £80k! Im now not getting offers over 300 because buyers can see their last listing at 330.

I have emailed them many times but they still can't fix this!!

My house was worth 360 5 years ago by the bank!!

I delt with Harriet!

I WOULD AVOID

I recently dealt with Joshua Burr who has been excellent throughout the whole process. He has been very prompt with responses and managed to book viewings without any hassle.

Well, I am a writer by profession, but to be honest, I am stumped about what to say. I can only sing the praises of Josh Burr who was fantastic from start to finish and went well out of his way to make sure he did his best to deal with my needs in a very personalised way. It was nice to be treated as a person rather than a number or a client.

Very Helpful staff, sort out things promptly and efficiently, I usually receive their responses within a day. Special thanks for Mr Leland he helped a lot during the process, wish your business great success

Abbie and Rebecca did a very professional job with lots of patience which helped the whole situation run smoothly. I was able to deal direct with them which speeded up the whole process. First class.

Where to begin with this bunch of cowboys!?
DO NOT USE THEM!!!
I'll repeat that: UNDER NO
CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM AND AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE!!!
This people will put your house in the market for months and won't do anything to get buyers and then they have the audacity to say that your house is not selling because you need to reduce the price??? (BELOW MARKET VALUE???). When our house was put in the market by a local agency, it was sold in 4 days! they are incompetent and the lack of professionalism is shocking specially from Alison Lane. It's absurd the commission that they receive for doing absolutely nothing! Avoid at all costs!

Georgia Cannell was brilliant throughout the whole process of when I first showed interest in the property. She was available when I needed help, happy to answer all my questions and she was very friendly and personable. She really has kicked off my first time buying experience with a positive! Thank you so much for all your help.

I have recently been liaising Jake for a property purchase, he has been lovely to deal with being extremely prompt, clear and helpful. I have been really pleased with the service until now and would highly recommend.

Used this firm recently for buying another property. Jake was a delight and made the process easy and manageable, was always happy to pick up the phone and assist or give advise. Would highly recommend

This is our first experience dealing with Property Solutions in buying our first home. Georgia Cannell has been so knowledgeable, helpful and supportive throughout the whole process giving us the reassurance we valued highly. I would highly recommend them as a company as they value good customer service and exceptional communication skills. Thank you Georgia for all your help!

I dealt with Property Solutions Group concerning a probate sale. My initial contact was Harriet Gold. I must say she provided excellent service, she was approachable and efficient always keeping me informed during a difficult time.

This is the second time I have dealt with this company following the success of my previous property in 2019 and this time has been just as easy as last time. Georgia and Jake have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, extremely polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and always happy to advise with nothing being too much trouble. I feel the support given by both has been second to none.

This is our first time purchasing a property with Property Solutions and I have to say the experience is running smoothly thus far. Georgia Cannell is friendly, professional and approachable. Georgia maintained close contact, from the viewing stage right through to confirmation of our offer being accepted. All our questions have been answered and timely and information obtained on our behalf. Even in Georgia's absence her colleague Jake was also very helpful. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend!

Have just had an offer accepted on a house with this company. Great help from all staff throughout! Courtney was very helpful with our viewing - providing us with excellent knowledge of the house and local area - answering all of our questions and queries. Georgia and Jack have consistently updated us in regards to our offer and how the sale is progressing. Would definitely recommend the company!

Outstanding, gets work done quickly, hard working.
Outstanding service from Georgia Canell, very impressed. Definitely recommend.

We have been working with Property Solutions Group whilst processing the purchase of our first home, dealing mainly with Jake Leland. Jake was so helpful throughout the process, giving clear advice when needed and actioning everything quickly. Could have been more polite and a pleasure to be in touch with.
