Update: A positive step towards resolution

Following my original review, a member of the Property Investors Network team contacted me personally. They apologised for my experience and confirmed that my full refund of £2,997 had been processed, with the funds expected within 3–5 working days.

I genuinely appreciate them taking the time to contact me and address my concerns.

I would also like to express my genuine respect for Peter, the founder, and the work he is doing to educate and support people on their property investment journeys. I believe in what he is building and had always hoped to develop a long-term relationship with Property Investors Network.

Leaving my original review was the last thing I wanted to do. All I wanted was clear communication and to understand the company's position on my refund request so that I could make an informed decision about how to proceed.

I am grateful that someone from the team has now reached out and taken steps to put things right. I hope we can move forward positively, and I appreciate the professional and understanding way the matter has been handled.

Property Magic Live is so much more than a property event.

I first attended last year as a very nervous newcomer, full of dreams and determination but not really knowing how I was going to get there. I came back this year and genuinely couldn’t believe how much had changed in 12 months.

The education is brilliant, but for me it’s the people, the connections and the energy in the room that make PML so special. I’ve learned, laughed, been challenged, made some fantastic connections and come away with even more determination to keep taking action.

If you’re sitting on the fence wondering whether to go next year, get off the fence. You never know where one weekend might lead.

Five stars from me. See you at PML 2027! 🏡⭐

Great property conference, packed with loads of useful information backed with amazing testimonials from graduated students. I am glad that I joined and learn from the experts. highly recommended, dont miss it next round.

Very useful three day event. I wish i could have gone in person. Simon and his team know their stuff and everything you need to know about your property journey.

My first time attending Property Magic Live and the whole 3 days were incredible! Simon has so much knowledge and teaches it so effectively and powerful stuff!
Great speakers and inspirational genuine examples of what is possible.
You can tell how much work has gone into this event with PIN and I was lucky enough to have James Sheerin as my MMA online host for the event. Thank you all! Hopefully see you in person next year!

Excellent event that I would thoroughly recommend to anyone serious about property. Technical aspects were first class and very informative and entertaining.

Great content, fantastic delivery and superb networking.
Many, many thanks to all those who made it possible, paarticularly of course. Simon Zutshi. Also, a million thanks to James Sheerin for his support and contributions during the breaks.

Property Magic Live in Birmingham (25-27 Sept 2026) was amazing - I attended online and particularly liked the high energy levels and very informative content, motivating case studies and excellent speakers. Overall, very inspirational. Many thanks to PIN for organising and delivering a superb event.

We were taught the latest property investing strategies, and there were great networking opportunities in the breaks.

Great value and very engaging even though online - Thank you Bernie, Simon and Clark and the PIN team

Eveything was amazing - excellent experience. So much information delivered brilliantly. Thank you.

Attended SIL and PML 2026 live events. Great content, great learning and massive motivation to start, scale and accelerate your property investing journey.

Lots of learning, really excited for the future from the opportunities I have taken up already.

Just like 5 star hotels you expect the best in service and standards and that is exactly what we got on the Mastermind Accelerator 3 day course. Left with a well presented folder of condensed quality education material covering a wide range of strategies and related topics that can be referenced for guidance on your property investment journey afterwards.

What a great weekend's worth of training, absolutely packed with content. Second to none top training. Thanks to Simon, and the team.

It is always good to meet with other like minded people at PIN events and specially when we find people we met before. The live sessions are always packed with knowledge and pratical guidance.
